The 5am opening time was a little if-fy for a 7am flight but everyone arrived on time. The pickup procedure was lengthy and they could have had additional setups that the renters could have used while waiting in line for a faster pickup.

0 Stars never got a car, charged me money that won’t refund. Showed up early and they said they had no cars and wouldn’t have any time soon. I had to last second book through another company 10x the cost as last minute on a event weekend

Horrible experience. Will never rent from them again. Even after saying no to insurance coverage, they still charged for it. They never asked us to show the proof of insurance. When we contacted customer support they refused to take down charge because they didn’t see proof of insurance which we were never asked to provide. Never use them again

Nothing went really wrong but would not rent again and would not recommend. Enough little fees and technicalities to offset any savings and it makes the experience feel scammy. 1. The rental says Ace, but Ace is just licensing their name to Drivo, a rental car company I have never heard of. 2. The Kayak listing clearly stated "unlimited mileage" and nothing about geofencing. I wasn't aware the rental was geofenced until pickup, and my destination was in the penalty zone. Too late to do anything but incur the penalty. Maybe Drivo has it hidden in the fine print somewhere during booking, but I was on the lookout for it and I didn't see it. 3. I opted to add the CDW insurance but was not told at pickup that if I entered the penalty zone it would void the CDW policy. So I paid $199 for insurance that was voided four hours later and for the rest of the rental.

Honest horrible experience. The pick up time was super bad with long wait times, also they car they gave me had dents and scratches all over it and they car was in horrible shape. I am never using ace again ..

The ace representative behind the counter was amazing. It only took a few minutes. And he was very courteous and kind very professional and understanding we came in very late at night and he got us out right away thank you thank you thank you

Super frustrating. They limited mileage because of a Florida license and wouldn’t change the reservation to the spouse and they do not allow you to use your own toll pass. Even bought a new sunpass and when we called sunpass they said ace doesn’t allow it. So we had to either add an extra hour each way on our trip (with little kids) or pay $15/day penalty plus tolls. Only other option was to pay $13.99/day for unlimited tolls. Car was just okay. Kind of beat up. Won’t be doing a rental with them again.
