The experience was very bad, I tried to rent the car and the guy ask for my id and said that if I had 21 years old I need to pay more and also had a credit card with money for insurance. I knew that I needed a credit card but the amount of the credit that he asked me was to high to the credit that I already got with my bank. It was frustrating because we woke up early to catch the rent and we need to book a new rent again.

They didn't have my car. They had zero cars. I was left stranded in a city !!! Stranded with my 3bsmall children !!

It was a little more expensive than we expected. What was most frustrating was they asked for a PIN for my credit card. I didn't even know a credit card could have a PIN. I tried my usual PIN 3 times and then got locked out. It's a Portuguese bank, so I'm sure someone on the staff used that bank and could have helped me figure out how to find or reset my PIN in the app. They weren't helpful or friendly. So we had to use my friend's card, which meant we canceled our original rental (cost 26€) and re-rented the car on her card and then we had to add me as the driver for another cost of 25€. If the staff had been more helpful, we could have found my PIN and saved 50+€. (I found the PIN in the banking app later, so it was possible.) The car was bigger than I expected, but very nice.

You should not even send me a survey , my experience has been very painful overall with the car rental services in Europe . I was very shocked to say the least ! My flight got delayed ,my car got cancelled without at notice and i was charged the money I had paid for it with no right to explain or to do anything !!! I was left at the airport with no car and noo e to call or to do the worst experience ever both from Expedia and the rental car company! Never rent a car from.Expedia or in general in Europe !

They tripled the price when I came in to get the car. Did the same thing to everyone else in line and most everyone refused and left, as did I. Place is a scam and should be put out of business. I'm filing a report with the BBB to try to warn others. Hopefully get my money back at some point.

They scam using false methods to enforce insurance customers already have with personal insurance and credit card coverage. Further claim scratch on car wheel that’s small was claim as damage to vehicle which they claim payment for. Terrible experience will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

It was a bait and switch, they advertised a very cheap rate but when you get there a load of insurance and other fees makes the price very high.

It took well over an hour to pick Up my vehicle making me late for the rest of my day. No apologies or discounts on my bill. Car had a very odd odour, not sure exactly but the cleaning products made it smell strongly of something I would liken to a “barn or farm” setting. I accidentally drove through one section of the 407 and they charged me $50, no sympathy. The office space and washroom were also straight up filthy. Avoid here if possible.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a scam and fraud directly. First, they brought me a manual car. When I wanted to change to automatic, they charged me $150. It is a small car. It costs $57 a day. No problem. When I returned the car, they found a small scratch on the left side of the car. When I asked the specialists, they told me that it cost only $20, but they charged me $557. When I told them I have insurance, they told me that we do not deal with insurance. I told them to take the car and fix it. They told me no. I have never seen a company that deals in this way. When I asked people near them, they told me that they are like this or that they have many complaints with foreigners. They always scam foreigners. For small matters, it is better to stop dealing with the Green Motion company.
