Cons:Shuttle driver treated bags badly and they were badly scratched just from airport to offsite location. Location is hard to find to return cars. Cheap up front rate uktimstely four times higher when essential navigation and insurance are added.

Pros:Horrible experience. They screwed up the reservations, then said I cancelled the reservations. An 1 1/2 wasted only to tell me now...sorry. There were many upset people at the counter. rental cars broke down after leaving the rental place, mixed up reservations. People arguing that they were way overbilled. The music was so loud to drown out the angry customers, I could barely hear myself think. One person at the counter and 8 outside standing around. Walk, no run from this place.
Cons:Had I not booked someplace else.

Pros:The car they gave us was brand new.
Cons:The pick up was ridiculous. Took 1.5 hours to get the car, no pick up shuttle. Clerk argued with me and several customers walked out because it took so long. The only had 1 employee checking in customers and he was more concerned about flirting with girls and what was on the television. I will never rent a car here again!

Cons:The place is a scum, all that want is sell you insurance to make more money then claim that the car needs polishing which costs £300!!!!!! Avoid the place !!!

Pros:NOTHING.
Cons:The rental never happened. They had no desk in the rental section and I was unable to contact them as I was put on hold and nobody answered the phone. Can't believe you guys recommended this outfit. I am 76, have traveled all over the world and have never, ever had a rental car experience like this

Pros:I booked the car with an unbelievable rate - then I was told by staff that my car has limited mileage and also insurance cover - I was told to buy full price for a car that cost twice as much.
Cons:It is like a bait and switch ruse - I should have been warned about limited mileage and insurance cover. Technically the staff at Green Motion talked down Kayak booking system.

Cons:Car hard warming lights on dashboard 27 days overdue for service no coolant and no washer fluid

Pros:The car was nice. Handled beautifully and had lots of space.
Cons:The pickup process was painful. Lots of additional charges. And extra charges for dropping off when their office was closed. I should’ve gone with a big name company.

Pros:Nothing about it besides 1 outside service person
Cons:I was lied to at check in about tolls. They charged me an amount different than what I was quoted. The car they originally issued had mechanical issues, we found out, AFTER we left. They provided a second car that the inside was dirty from a spilled coffee. Terrible!
