One of the best car rental companies I have ever worked with. This company offered excellent daily prices, for excellent vehicles, and worked with me to allow me to pay for a couple days, then extend again. I was so embarassed I had my husbands credit card and left mine with him in Australia, I had one other card with a small budget on me and they worked with me to find a solution by adding days after a payment posted. They were kind and helpful and made my trip home for thanksgiving that much more accessible, I was so keen to get the car back I forgot to fill the tank :( I am sorry for the trouble. I was so diligent with everything, backing in the car into the after hours spot, tucking in the mirrors, making sure the vehicles settings were normal, like no radio on full volume for the next driver etc I forgot entirely to stop at a gas station on the way, sorry everyone. - Ashley Saunders

I was uncomfortable leaving my rental car outside the compound because it was locked on Sunday. So I had to leave the car on a public street. They also told me I would be responsible for any damage at that time. I also had choice to leave at airport but was totally a to inconvenience for me as that’s why I picked this location

The fellow who I rented from was very helpful and professional. Probably the best car rental experience I’ve had.

8.0 Very Good
My experience with the staff and customer service was great. The vehicle was a bit dirty although I know they rushed the cleaning to get it to me since I was picking it up at 11pm and the other truck they had for me the keys were missing. The truck itself was pretty basic. Considering the price it was rented for I assumed it would be a higher trim level. Most other rentals I’ve gotten from national or other rental providers tend to be higher trim but over all it got the job done and the ease of pick up and drop off was excellent. I never got a follow up email as to the close out or credit though as the vehicle was returned 2 days early.

10.0 Wonderful
Great customer service. We had several delays, and I was always able to talk to a person to make us feel confident that everything was still in place and ready for our family. We had a nearly brand new vehicle. Our contract was a long contract so it had to be split up. The second contract changed the price to be more than we had booked it for, but after contacting National and explaining, after minimal emails they corrected the price to match what we booked it for. It was a great experience!

6.0 Okay
Wanted ford focus but got citreon c3. Had a square steering wheel that I didn’t like and the speed warning on it was rubbish so beeping a lot. It would be saying speed limit is 50 when it was motorway and 70. When I got home the street before mine is 30, the car said 60. Rubbish
