Waited in line for an hour and a half in 90 degree heat to pick up my car at Newark Airport. Only two reps working. Never again.

First, the staff at the counter pressured me and intentionally provided misleading information regarding the vehicle insurance. Second, they assigned me a vehicle that did not match the agreed-upon specifications. Although they later exchanged it for another one, they never updated the contract. Consequently, the insurance would not have covered me because it listed a completely different vehicle.

The initial car Toyota Corolla, that was given had oil servicing issues due to which they provided Citroen C3 as a replacement car, which being manual. This is not right

Negatives car was in really bad condition. The air condition did not work properly. The suspension was worn out. The car smelled terrible bad. Positive People are really nice there.

I’ve rented hundreds of vehicles working in transportation over the last 20 years. This is the only terrible experience I’ve ever had. And after all the problems I was charged double. And told I would get 10% off my next rental. Zero stars
