I purchased third party insurance through kyack and they made me buy insurance there for $100 they claimed the insurance I purchased is not adequate enough to get the rental. Then I noticed a family of bugs in the car from the giant spider under the passenger seat to the roach like creatures that crawl all over inside at night. Other than that the truck was solid.

Upselling at pickup was very pushy, tried to say I booked a compact suv when I showed them the reservation was for a intermediate suv, over charged me still anyway

Our check in experience was efficient and dropping the rental car off was easy. The vehicle was clean and it met our needs.

Was provided the wrong vehicle at pickup and had to wait for nearly an hour for them to try and find the correct vehicle, which they didn't. Then was provided a car that wasn't clean and had some preexisting damage.

The car was dirty, it had a low tire the entire time we had the car. So we had to keep stopping at gas stations to put air in it. It was extremely small for an suv. We would have been better off in a car.

Drop off was difficult because there is no clear sign to enter, I went to the airport and entered through the part where you pick up the cars and I had to take one more turn to find the entrance. The rest is excellent, friendly, good car, clean and without complications or extra rates.
