It was super easy. Walked off the plane, grabbed the key from the friendly staff member and went straight to my car. The drop off process was a breeze as well! 10/10 recommend.

we had to switch the car 3 times in the pick up area: 1) side and back doors did not open, could not load luggage onto back as a result 2) got a different car, but all rows of sits, but no room for luggage, as requested 3) as requested all these going back and forth to office took at least an extra hour at pick up, not as expected from a respectable agency as Budget...

I was given a filthy car outside and inside and was told that if I wanted a car that day thats the one I had to take. He appeared to be alone because the other patrons had to stay in the office while we walked to get the car. I was told to go to another location and change the car if I wanted to after I explained why I needed a different car. Read the google reviews. never again.

They did not have a car ready despite me making my reservation days before. It was worse than a Seinfeld episode because I got downgraded to another car. Truth is I was lucky to even get that car because that was the last car left on the lot.
