The rental car industry is behind the times when it refuses to provide a more modern efficient way to accommodate electronic payments outside of a physical credit card. I am certain that my experience is not an anomaly!

Did not give me the car. Wanted 45,000€ deposit!! Joke of a service. Issues between the booking service and Budget in terms of insurance coverage agreements. Not good enough from both parties.

our plane was delayed and car place closed at 11pm we arrived at 11:27. They only volunteered that we come pick up the car the next mornin! really. Luckily I had sent them a message telling them about delay before pick up time so we could cancel without penalty. We have received refund.

They refused to honor the contract you drew up. Literally said their computer was incapable of honoring it. Jacked the price up hundreds of dollars. I told them I would have to complain to the Better Business Bureau and they said okay. It's apparently a technical issue. AND they did the same thing to the 2 customers in front of me. By hundreds of dollars. More to come via the BBB.
