Picked up car and it was filthy. Should have went back in office and told them but took it home and cleaned it. Was very happy with the price.

Very friendly counter staff. Easy reservation process. Car was nice and easy to drive. However, it smelled faintly of smoke which was unpleasant. I don’t understand why check in process at the counter is sooooo slow.

Out of cars. Pickup took way too long because they were waiting on returns. People just standing in a line that wasn’t moving. 15 to 20 people in a queue that was moving at a snail’s pace.

Charged me $28.00 to fill a tank that was already full. Wasted my time on the phone and emailing my gas receipt to get it reversed. Wonder if this is a common issue at budget. Probably will not use them again.
