Watch out!!!! They lure you with cheap prices and when you arrive at the airport they show you that the reservation was cancelled to then rip you off with a high price. DON´T BOOK at Payless. Besides, when you return the car, they come up with extraordinarily high toll fees, which aren´t real. When you ask about the proof, they turn very aggressive and rude. Don´t pay them and ask for a receipt with an accurate breakdown. One month after I am still waiting for it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We never received the rental because the location did not have the type of car we reserved available. They were waiting for vehicles to be returned, but they could not provide us with a time frame for when one would be ready.
