DO NOT USE. TRUST ME. SCAM COMPANY! Save yourself the headache. Upon arrival, they charged me extra because my credit card did not have the digits printed on them (like the old credit cards). Absolutely insane. Insanely high deposit requested. They try to squeeze you for $ at every turn. They expect you to go to a car wash and clean the inside and outside before returning.

My family and I had one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had with this company. We landed after a long flight with our 3-month-old baby, only to be told by customer service to wait at the airport because they “didn’t have a car available.” We waited for over one hour before anyone showed up to pick us up. When we finally arrived at the rental counter, the service was awful. They tried to give us a completely different vehicle than the one we had already paid for in advance, and then attempted to charge us extra for almost everything. It felt incredibly dishonest. Throughout the rental, contacting customer service was nearly impossible. Nobody answered the phone; I had to call over and over again just to reach someone. The worst part came after we returned the vehicle. We received a confirmation stating the car was returned in perfect condition and with a full tank of gas, exactly as required. Despite that, we were charged an additional fee with absolutely no explanation. And again, customer service doesn’t pick up the phone. At this point, this company honestly feels like a scam. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Pretty good experience. The first car they tried to give us had cloth seats. No problem with that except I guess when they cleaned it on the inside, they shampooed them and the back was drenched. There was no way we could take that car, so we were able to switch with no problem. The only thing I didn't like was that car hadn't been washed at all on the outside. Had to stop and clean the windows because it was hard to see.

I didn’t get the car. Supplier asked for international license which is not required in Morocco. I rented several times never been asked for international licenses in Morocco

Good. But I don’t like the fact they push you to buy insurance too hard. You tell them no and they keep asking for your insurance and all that. I prefer to pay more and just get the keys in 2 minutes.
