The car rental company was cooperative But the problem was with Kayak they did not explicitly mentioned that the rate was with out even basic cover so when I went to pick my car up I had to pay for basic cover also which ended up costing me almost double. Will never book again via brokers as they appear cheap but actually they are hiding the fact that insurance is not included.Reviewed 3 Nov 2024

The insurance situation was absurd. In order to decline their coverage they wanted a 5000 euro deposit and printed paperwork showing you had coverage through some other vendor. The person at the counter acknowledged that our credit card likely provided insurance but was not interested in discussing further. We were just shooed away when we tried to ask questions. This information needs to be clearly explained ahead of time, not on a random cardboard cutout on the desk at time of pickup. Instead you are forced to pay for overpriced third party insurance you don't need.Reviewed 3 Sept 2024

The staff was very helpful. They were super great with telling me how to use the car. I have only driven in the US so I'd never driven on the left, and he was very helpful with giving me info. One thing is the building says Hertz and I thought we went to the wrong location, I didn’t know it was Dollar as well, however that is minor.Reviewed 15 Nov 2023

The pick-up was super quick but actually too quck where the attendant didn't walk us around the vehicle to show us noted damage or vehicle features, especially when the cars operate on the opposite side from North America. It wasn't that they were busy, seemed like he wanted to get back to the boys for a smoke. The car was clean and we had no issues. Dropoff was quick and easily accessibleReviewed 8 Nov 2023
