The service to/from the airport/plane (wheelchair assistance for my mother in law) was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The staff on the plane was also very nice. The food quality could have been better (mashed chicken sandwich).

Air Canada marooned me in Canada with no way back home during my summer vacation. I had to buy a last minute flight ticket for over $500 to make it back home. I have their credit card and have flown them for years. Never again.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.

Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.

Staff was very attentive! Food was good for premium economy airplane food. Clearly an older plane - seat back had to be pulled up manually after being reclined.

Good, only discomfort was consistent turbulence through the 3 hour flight. Not sure if in companies control though.

From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.

Chicken or pasta, served in a heated plastic. Pure poison and lack of imagination. For vegetarian option, can you please skip stupid pasta?
