Pros: I was unable to board my flight given British airways misinformed me about a COVID test prior to boarding for a flight to Israel. This resulted in a $50 fee, loss of money.
Cons: There should be no charge and a refund issued for a mishap on behalf of British airways.
Pros: Promptness
Cons: Food offering
Pros: Prompt
Cons: Food offering
Pros: I was upgraded to first class because the flight was not full. So that was truly a blessing! And the service was great!
Pros: The limited amount of people flying
Cons: Updated tv and movie selection
Cons: How many people allowed to travel per plane during COVID
Pros: Crew members were very friendly and checked our bags for free.
Cons: Boarding and disembarking by row segments causes more delays and doesn’t do much to avoid contact with other people.
Pros: Crew was super polite and attentive. New modern equipment.
Cons: The EROSNOW channel was very heavily cut and censored, I feel like I still need to watch those movies again somewhere to understand what happened.
Cons: Customer Service is Dead with British Airways!!! I will make every effort not to fly with BA again
Pros: the crew on the flight were simply amazing! Kind, caring, 5*
Cons: There was questionable social distancing at check-in and most definitely none from the arrival at the departure gate to using the suttles to get to the plane and boarding. While I appreciate the ever-evolving challenges the current global situation are brining, this was a failure on your behalf. Istanbul international airport = disappointment and a letdown.
Pros: Overall great
Cons: Nothing
Pros: The move choices were good. The food and wine options were decent.
Cons: The boarding process was confusing.
Once boarding began, there was no attention paid to distancing guidelines.
I heard the crew make announcements about mask requirements but never saw anyone being directly reprimanded or corrected for not wearing a mask or not covering their nose while boarding or walking around the cabin.
Even though I only counted fewer than 20 passengers for over 100 seats, upon boarding, three solo passengers were assigned to sit in adjacent seats, with me in the row directly in front of them and another passenger in the row directly behind them. There was no precaution to space out passengers whatsoever. I had tried to choose my seating during check in but the online app was difficult to understand what seats were actually open or taken. Once I boarded it was clear the online information was incorrect. With so few passengers, the gate crew could easily have taken the time to review seating and re-seated customers for improved health and safety.
This was my first time flying during COVID and I had thought airlines were doing more to instill trust in customers to keep customers flying but I will not be flying again until COVID is over as I did not see precautions keeping customers safe.
Cons: Crew could have reprimanded people not wearing their masks or not covering their noses.
The airline could have kept middle seats open to instill more confidence in flying.
Pros: Gemma Crane was excellent! She knows the benefit to a cup of tea and made me feel very special for the entire flight. Thank you Gemma.
Cons: Toilets are not good
Pros: The fact that there was no one sitting by me was fab. Through man on priority check in desk was very helpful getting me the assistance I needed
Cons: More choice of meal. Getting special.assistance.upon arrival at.Istanbul airport first outbound flight was hard. I nearly fainted as I had to stand for so long.
Pros: Flight was fine.
Cons: Crew was not very friendly.
Pros: From JFK to London, staff was friendly.
Cons: From JFK to London, a large number of passengers were not wearing masks properly and the crew did not take action other than a reminder early on.
From London to Edinburough, the crew was somewhat rude.
Pros: Both crew and the seat were great. Friendly staff.
Cons: It was all perfect.
Cons: Cancelation policy
Pros: I purchased business class food was uneatble cald sandwich
Cons: Staff unfriendly
Pros: Crew great
Cons: No social distancing enforced, I was sat next to another person (no spaces between booked seats)
Pros: Great flight and well organised during Covid-19
Pros: Nice crew
Pros: Seating was comfortable though a tad bit cramped.
Cons: Window was dirty from someone touching it on a previous flight. Cannot wear headphones during takeoff or landing was an inconvenience. Cabin crew made sure all passengers were held tightly to their rules but then got themselves a coffee and chatted up front the majority of the time. (Only an hour trip, so no beverages or snacks for us)
Pros: Flight was cancelled
Cons: If flight took place
Pros: Flight was cancelled
Cons: If flight took place
Cons: Nothing!!! It was a great flight!!!
Cons: Nothing
Pros: The crew were amazing, kind and attentive. My seat 30H had the ultimate leg room ( I am 6' 4") so it was fantastic for me. The food was quite tasty. Really enjoyed the humorous BA video for the safety
Cons: No
Pros: Boarding was quick and expedient. I was worried the flight might have been held up because Schiphol airport is too small to handle its increasing air traffic and is often backed up with planes waiting on the tarmac to dock or take off.
But it was an early morning flight and everything went smoothly. We landed on time, disembarked efficiently, and were on our way.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: The crew was exceptional, the service was great and the entertainment options were abundant. Great flight!
Pros: Flight on time, seats comfortable.
Cons: For such a short flight no improvements are needed.
Pros: Comfortable seats, new plane and friendly crew.
Cons: Food needs to improve. Pasta versus pasta is not a choice.
Cons: Nothing,perfect flight
Cons: Nothing, one of my best flights ever.
Pros: Crew was ok and the seat was a bit uncomfortable. I am over 6 feet so I always have a bit of a problem with the seat
Cons: Seat
Cons: Significant delays
Cons: The flight from London to Miami was great! The one from Miami to Las Vegas was awful. No seat-back entertainment screens, not power outlets so you could watch on your own device, one bottle of water for a five hour flight, and ride, inattentive cabin crew. I should point out that while I booked through BA, both flights were operated by American Airlines.
Pros: It flew
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Crew is very attentive and working hard during trying times.
Cons: My chairs screen in particular was very difficult to use because the touch screen was not working 90% of the time.
Pros: The crew was fabulous. Very helpful and upbeat!
Cons: The food wasn’t very good.
Pros: We were able to leave the country quickly.
Cons: It was freezing on the plane.
Pros: Literally nothing.
Cons: It could have happened.
Pros: Crew were polite

Pros: everything was fine. uneventful
Cons: Food
Pros: everything was fine. uneventful
Cons: food
Pros: The crew was super friendly and amazing at an incredibly tough and tense time due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A very stressful and long flight was made a bit better and I truly thank you guys for that.
Cons: Was overnight flight but food was served very late and lights were on for a while so people were getting drunk and loud with free alcohol served but no milk for toddlers available.
Pros: Very comfy seats.
Pros: No and no.
Cons: Very crowded in.club class. Way lower standard for business class as compared to the other airlines.
Pros: Glenlivet whisky for free
Pros: Crew was friendly and everything was perfectly on time!
Pros: My air hostess was very friendly and kind
Cons: Food for vegetarians
Pros: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.
Cons: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.
Pros: The crew were gracious and attentive to keeping us hydrated in Economy.
Cons: The seats were uncomfortable on this full flight, the food was average.
Pros: Crewwere polite and competent. Seats felt a little cramped.
Cons: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.
Cons: Enternteiment and seats
