Counter agent lied to me. Pushed very aggressively for me to upgrade my car despite being told no repeatedly. When I went to pick up my car, the level that I had reserved was not available. In fact, the only car available was the very one he tried so hard to get me to pay extra for. Dishonest, and not likely his own dea. I have had many issues with dishonest behavior at this rental site on Harry Banninkstraat over the years. The staff is poorly trained, and they are given incentives to churn customers for extra payments. Avoid.

We arrived early while the location was still closed. One of the employees arrived early to open up and helped us immediately so we were able to get on our way. Great courteous service that went over and beyond: very impressed!

picking up the car was great, but when we arrived to drop off the car no one was around until 8am and we didn't see a key box anywhere. We almost missed our flight because I had to run back at 8am to drop off the keys and the lady working would get me a receipt for our return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we returned the car, my mobile phone wasn’t working properly, so they allowed me to call my daughter on their phone.

Alamo is working with enterprise here, but signage is minimal. low amount of staff for pick up (and no wait area) and no one for drop off at 7 AM

It was very busy at the pick-up counter but the gentleman was very efficient and made sure that the queue did not keep growing further. I was offered a bigger category car than what I actually reserved. Only downside is the fuel consumption in this case but a much more luxurious vehicle. Return was also pretty fast and convenient.

When picking up the car, the attendant barely looks at the car for any pre-existing damage. When dropping off, the attendant slowly goes through every detail of the car and blames every little ding or scratch on you, and they will charge your credit card whatever "repair" amount they please. Not willing to go through that again, will pay twice as much to rent with somebody else next time.
