Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews

Pros: "Not super comfortable"
Cons: "Snacks/Drinks for free"
Pros: "They actually flew into the main airport"
Cons: "The whole priority thing is a total joke and just another way to f*** the passengers over why don’t they just give us a price without all this bloody nonsense of baggage"
Pros: "The crew were friendly"
Cons: "Entertainment but it was a short flight"
Pros: "Crew were good considering the difficult situation they found themselves in"
Cons: "Once everyone had boarded we were told we would be on the tarmac for 2 hours before we leave. While we sat there we were told they could not serve us anything while on the ground...even water! When we finally were airborne the crew were overwhelmed with customer orders and not all people got served"
Pros: "It was a great flight staff A1 and beautiful flying from knock, hadn't done for years , hot paninis great food better than Emmirates I flew with over the Christmas"
Pros: "The plane didn't crash"
Cons: "Plane left an hour after scheduled time. Amenities were mediocre but that's what you expect with Ryanair. Didn't even get water."
Pros: "I was pleased with the RyanAir staff at the Dublin airport and on the flight. Easy booking process and many options to help make traveling a bit easier"
Cons: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."
Cons: "Rude gate agent and they played the blame game as to why they were late!"
Cons: "We spent a lot of time standing in lines."
Pros: "Literally nothing."
Cons: "To be charged $20 at the ticket counter for a printed boarding pass is offensive. Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The fee to check in at the airport was absurd. There is no reason that they should not have been able to accommodate me when I was unable to check in online. The luggage is incredibly expensive as well."
Cons: "Baggage policy, no room between sits, the fact that you have to pay for everything on board including water, flight attendants have been transformed into salespersons, delay of flight for 30 minutes due to technical last minute checking."
Cons: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"
Pros: "Boarding was quick from front and back. Food service aslo went both directions, quick and efficient."
Pros: "Not much, should have taken British Airways . Lots of hidden costs"
Cons: "Low cost ticket, high price side cost."
Cons: "Arrival is horrific"
Pros: "Nothing even though the advertised price was cheap by the time we added on all the other charges we could have flown with a more reputable airlines and it was not a deal by no means."
Cons: "Everything. Abrupt staff at check in and on board staff also had attitude.Seats where dirty .We stood outside to wait to board when the plane was not even there and lucky it was not raining as we would all have being soaked. I don't know why we had to stand outside in the cold when the plane was not ready."
Pros: "Deboarding and never having to fly Ryanair again."
Cons: "Our inbound flight was cancelled. The outbound check-in agents we're rude. Forced to print our tix before arrival we "failed to read the fine print" that we were supposed to undergo a "visa check" before the gate. Whatever the heck that's about. First time requirement and totally obtuse. Gate agents did their best to humiliate. No inflight free services. Just be glad you aren't made to pay to pee (yet)."
Pros: "Once boarded it was very smooth"
Cons: "Over 3&a half hours delay was sooooo painful"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled. Ruined my travel plans and made me miss another flight, bus ride, and also got charged for a hostel I never made it to. Thanks Ryan air!!"
Pros: "Cheap as chips and only took an hour instead of 90 mins; happy out!"
Pros: "Ryanair prices are good. You do have to keep in mind to pack light as they do charge for any bag that cannot be brought onto the plane."
Cons: "Would like to have one bag checked for free."
Pros: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."
Cons: "No drinks for free. It would be nice to get at least a glass of water. But it is understandable that low budget- short flights are not offering such services anymore."
Pros: "The staff were okay."
Cons: "Everything else."
Cons: "Extra baggage cost"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Haven't received a response to my late flight from London to Dublin from Ryan Air- flight Fr143"
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats"
Pros: "They didn't make me check my bag on the first flight but did on the second. It cost me 50 Euro, which is more than I paid for the flight. Overall, good airline if you pack light."
Pros: "Meeting my seat mate!"
Cons: "Drunken rowdies from Ireland going to Amsterdam took over the cabin with obnoxious, vulgar behavior...fueled by the cabin staff selling the drunken crowd even more alcohol! One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!"
Cons: "The check in was so bad. There were not much info on what to do. They want me to pay around 100 point to check me in to the fligth. When we landed the luggage when to a band that where not in the same building and they took around a half hour to help us out. We have to walk for like 10 minutes"
Pros: "Good price - the plane was clean and appeared well maintained."
Cons: "The airlines does nickle and dime you on other fees. I find it annoying that you need to print your boarding pass at home (or incur a fee) and still stand in line at the desk to check your boarding pass. We found it worth the extra fee for priority boarding. It improves the experience."
Cons: "U have to print boarding pass 2 hours before I did t See this written anywhere . Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"
Pros: "Quick flight, no hassle."
Cons: "Delayed without explanation, boarded the plane then sat for 40 minutes waiting to take off."
Pros: "The flight was okay."
Cons: "One of the attendants was very rude to my group leaving Ireland. We had previously checked in to our flight but didn't have our boarding passes printed. Instead giving us direction, she sent us away to figure out how to get our boarding passes in an airport we had been in."
Pros: "The crew on the actual flight was nice. Also, a kind and patient Ryanair employee helped us with check-in after our awful experience with their customer service desk."
Cons: "The customer service representative at the Dublin airport for Ryanair was extremely rude and was annoyed from the moment we stepped up to the desk. Yes, Ryanair is a budget airline but it costs $0 to be nice and helpful especially if you are working in customer service."
Pros: "They were efficient and timely"
Cons: "We asked two Ryanair employees when we arrived at the import if our bags would b considered carry-on and then we were forced to pay $50 each at the gate to check our bags, making this economy flight much more expensive. We saw a number of people with bags as large as ours carry on and even the baggage attendants outside the plane were surprised. Wong fly Ryanair again due to one stubborn employee at the gate"
Pros: "When I paid for the upgraded priority seat, why did the crew give the seat next to me away for free? Shouldn't he pay just like we had to? She said it was because he has long legs. Well, so does my husband and we paid for that seat in 1-A and 1-B. So, the man who took 1-C proceeded to be rude and rest his arm on mine the entire trip. FAIL!"
Cons: "When I paid for the upgraded priority seat, why did the crew give the seat next to me away for free? Shouldn't he pay just like we had to? She said it was because he has long legs. Pros: "Everyone was very nice, and the flight was uneventful. Will fly again and learned lesson about luggage fees."
Cons: "Had two bags to check. Paid for two bags in advance. Didn't know there was a total weight allowance across two bags. First bag ate up most of total weight allowance which forced me to pay for the overage on the second bag of €70. I thought I could bump up my second bag to the higher weight class when checking in instead of having to pay the overage charge that was three times as much. Found out during boarding they were checking bags for free...should have done carry on and avoided the extra costs."
Pros: "They knew that there world be a 2 hour weather delay but boarded is on the plane and made us wait 2 hours so we wouldn't have the chance to reschedule our cancel."
Pros: "Cheap"
Cons: "over head was so small could not get bag in that was perfectly fine on other flights. And it is the only airline that we had to go to verify passport . All other did it while we were in line."
Pros: "Extremely efficient self service bag drop. Not as harsh as last time I flew with them many years ago. Was reluctant to fly them again but decided to give them another try since price was much better than others. Was pleasantly surprised."
Cons: "Seats do not recline."
Cons: "At least a water bottle should be given to passengers free of cost"
Cons: "there were multiple hidden charges 100 dollars worth"
Cons: "Over 1 hour delay! Really terrible"
Pros: "Lower prices are obviously attractive"
Cons: "They had to replace something mechanical, which made us 2 hours late. It also engenders a lack of trust that the lower priced airline isn't scrimping too much."
Cons: "Lines were ridiculously long and system was down. They claim to be the cheap airline but can't even give us a free carry on. Never again."
