Pros: The boarding process was no nonsense and quick.

Cons: The fine print of extra fees is beyond comprehension. My 25 Euro trip ended up costing an additional 200 euro for one bag, a boarding pass, and counter service. In addition, the in flight service charged for basic water and packaged coffee. I will not fly this airline again.

Pros: We had an emergency exit seat with extra leg room.

Cons: Check in, delays, late arrival, luggage pick up too slow.

Pros: The price makes it very inviting to fly Ryanair. I misunderstood the need to electronically check in before I arrived at the airport but was helped, very courteously, by the ticket agent.

Cons: Any food or beverage was for a fee. It was a short flight and midday so it wasn't a problem for me but under different circumstances it could be.

Cons: Ryanair cancelled our return flights on a day of our evening initial flight, though our government implemented a quarantine a few days before! Nevertheless the initial flight took place, though nobody understands how the airport under a ban of regular air traffic allowed Ryanair to fly! My online refund form does not work, as thousands of people are now struggling with the same - a notification pops up on invalidity of our booking number! Ryanair is s shame!

Pros: It was amusing to see flight attendants peddle wares ranging from fragrances to scratch off lottery tickets. It definitely made flying Ryanair a memorable experience.

Cons: Your check in process in Dublin is extremely confusing and it's absolutely ridiculous that you charge 45 euros PER PERSON if you need your boarding passes printed. The worst part is that the person who directed us to the line to get the boarding pass could have at the least mentioned we could save the money and check in on line to save the money. We were in the two hour window of time and would have been able to. We were shifted from line to line to line. Very disappointed. Unfortunately having to pay the 90 euro completely ruined the entire flight.

Cons: I was travelling for two days and arrived in Dublin to check in and had to pay 240 Euros between my friend and I for checking in at the airport and 4 bags. Absolute rip off and will never fly Ryan Air again. The flight cost 160 Euros, and my check in and bag fees were 80 Euros more. First company to charge for not checking in two hour prior online. Give me a break!

Cons: DONT DO IT !! It may seem that you are paying more on another airline. In the end the other airline is a bargain! Outrageous hidden fees!! Deceptive practices intentionally difficult to impossible online check in and printing boarding passes. If you do not pay for preferred seating check in and print boarding passes 7 days before which often means stuck doing this on your vacation at a hotel Spent more than an hour in each direction maneuvering online checkin and adding bags. Tip lookin lower right corner when checking in teeny tiny box add bags If you don't successfully add bags and print boarding pass before you get to the airport 100s of euros!!! RYANAIR Dublin Airport Rude and NASTY staff at checkin Wish I had a video it would go viral. Ireland you should outlaw Ryanair's practices!! We may also have been charged double for bags .. waiting for credit card bill.

Pros: For the price, everything went well. We paid a lot for baggage and it had to be under 40 pounds but it all worked out. The flight was almost an hour delayed but the flight itself was fine.

Cons: The seats were very small and my middle seat's foam was flat enough that I felt like I was sitting on a metal bar.

Cons: We got hammered with fees for not printing our boarding passes and prechecling our luggage. Not just the usual, got to pay for thr service but a substantial charge for not doing it ahead of time. The flight attendants were a little cool, no snacks at all, $3 for a bottle of water, otherwise no drinks. Ryanair had low fares but nickels and dimes you to offset that low cost ticket.

Pros: Flight attendants look and act with great professionalism. Boarding line was orderly, which doesn't always occur.

Cons: I had just flown in on another Ryanair flight where I had stored my roll-on in the overhead bin. For the next leg the gate agent said my bag must fit in the "If it fits your bag flies free" container. It did not fit and he ignored my observation that it had fit in the bin just 30 minutes prior (identical planes Boeing 737 800). He charged me 50 Euros, delayed boarding, but remained courteous throughout. My complaint is that the unequal sizes of overhead bins and size-gauge allows for caprice and introduces tension between customer and agent. He was within his guidelines but many bags were allowed on that would not have fit. So does the company wish to continue a practice that alienates customers and places extra stress on gate agents? I'll never fly Ryanair until they eliminate this shell game.

Cons: They tried to sell us stuff (perfumes, etc.) the entire flight. It was like watching home shopping network for the entire flight. This may be a European thing, I'm not sure.

The online check in was not able to be completed on m iPhone 8 making it very difficult to find a way to complete and get our boarding passes printed ..... their baggage policy was also very unclear and upon check in we learned that ... for our 1.25 hour flight, we had to pay an additional 80 Euro to check our 2 bags ( one each)! I learn lessons every time I travel! Today’s lesson is NEVER AGAIN Ryanair!

Pros: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.
