I have never paid for anything except alcohol on a flight before so imagine my shock at being charged nearly 4 pounds for a cup of tea. I once took an hour and a half flight (different airline) within South Africa and was served a complimentary dinner. It’s minor things like this that might make me hesitant to choose Aer Lingus over another similarly priced airline.

Excellent cabin crew. They helped a number of passengers with mobility challenges and a mother with a 3 year old and an infant. Better than most other airlines by far. Well done Eduardo!
Good, I slept the entire flight so I cannot add many inflight details
Air Lingus was in no hurry to get us on the plane as sat at the gate a long time before they boarded us. Then they leave us on the tarmac for an hour. They were no help to let me know what I needed to do to get home. I had to navigate London Heathrow with 0 help from them.
Great. Has a problem with DOB. Fixed 4 us. Led to a 5 hour earlier flight to London!
My flights with Aer Lingus were very good and I will definitely fly with them. Again in future trips to Ireland and Scotland.
At check-in the unmanned machines said QR code was invalid so had to queue for over an hour to check in bags
Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.
Very good need to offer better choice of food for business
