Pros: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

I was unable to make this flight due to cancellation of my first leg. Aer Lingus is impossible to reach by phone, so I am still struggling to figure out if I will lose my return trip.

No food nor entertainment, so the survey needs an n/a choice. One hour flight, but water or coffee/tea would have been nice. Tall people were cramped.

Cons: "My plane was broken, they had no idea when and if we were going fly away. Once the plane was brought to the gate, mechanics had the engine apart inspecting it. Then they caused a fuel spill during fill up which caused the fire trucks to come. This was very discomforting for 300 people waiting for 4+ hours to get on their plane. Once on the plane internet did not work, and my in seat entertainment was rebooting often. I spent 7+ hours at Dublin Airport, sick with a sinus congestion... Plus all the restaurants and shops were closed due to it being after hours of their operation. Last time flying this airline."

Cons: "We reserved specific seats by calling Aer Lingus directly 4 months prior to our trip. When we arrived in Dublin from Paris, we were told by a very uncaring Aer Lingus representative that those seats were not available and were assigned seats that split up our family. He acted as if he could care less. The food was average. I have never flown internationally and had to pay for alcohol. Seat space is never great in economy, but this was one of the worst. Luggage for our entire family was lost for 36 hours."

My brother and his daughter had their seats changed, too, and they were in middle seats 14 rows apart, so she flew by herself on an international flight all by hersel! My headphones wouldn't work correctly in the double jack, only getting one side. Why change the plugs? The flight attendant said that they wouldn't work and that she would get me a headset. Two hours into the flight I finally got a headset. The male flight attendant was great, but unfortunately we were dealing with others that totally ignored my two small requests for the entire 6 hour flight. Our flight to Dublin was awesome, but this flight back was very very disappointing!! Changed my while feeling about Aer Lingus"

Cons: "On Departure for Dublin, waited in long line to check in at Aer Lingus only to learn it was co chaired by British Airways, so Aer Lingus would not service us at all. We had no way of knowing since it was sold by Aer Lingus and had an Aer Lingus flight number. Tried to check in on line, but was unable. Waited for Aer Lingus customer service on telephone customer service for more than one hour and finally just gave up. Aer Lingus has no Customer Service at all. Do not deal with Aer Lingus under any circumstances. British Airways met our needs!!"

Cons: "Boarding was absolutely chaotic. There was one call for priority members, and then a call for all remaining rows, stressing that it was final call. This caused a large crowd to rush to the gate and then disorganization when on the plane. Historically, its been much more efficient when you call batches of rows, which clearly prevents overcrowding and allows people more room to stow away carry on bags. Also, i was very disappointed by the food options. As a vegetarian, i had no manageable option because i hadnt preordered. I had no wifi during the days before the flight, i couldnt get online to do it. I find it surprising that you dont at least provide a meatless option, or at least stow away a few extra vegetarian meals. Also, i have never seen that option during booking, nor have i ever recieved an email to consider meal options. Overall, the accessability of meatless food is extremely disappointing."

They were to come Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning and never showed up. He finally had to take a $35.00 cab to airport to get the luggage. NOT a good experience. The Aer Lingus support number just rang and rang, no one picked up for days! My daughter tried the main Aer Lingus connection but they referred us back to the same phone number. NOT good customer service."

I always buy a coffee and take on baord teh fligth as airline coffee sucks!This needs to be made clear if this in in fact an Aer Lingus policy. This was one of the many stupid rules that were constantly effected during the flight -" you can't do this, you can;t do that" and whilst i understand some are for safety - I and fellow passengers felt like we being scolded like school children"

We experienced crazy long lines for: the bus between terminals, immigration passport review; passport review before the metal detector, and detailed tests on permitted volumes of shampo, and toothpaste. The agent forced me to check a normally permitted carryon bag, then the bags took 45 minutes to be placed on the turnstile after the flight. Not an efficient airport."

Cons: "I was told that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. When I got on the plane I found that the overhead bins were ample sized for my hiking pack. I know that British Airways has a policy regarding bags in overhead bins that basically says 'if you cannot lift your bag into the overhead bin un-assisted, you must check your bag.' My husband and I are both experienced hikers, we lifted our packs unassisted on the last plane, yet they forced us to check our bags. I'm glad our bags made it to the UK, but this is literally the first time I've checked a bag and had it arrive. Also, the boarding passes sent to me on my phone were rejected by almost every security/boarding check. This is after BA supposedly fixed their error with the previous boarding passes. Overall not pleased with the experience but glad I paid under $300 for my ticket."

Cons: "No indication given of delay. kayak knew before ground staff. On arrival parked at cargo terminal and had to get bus. Then stuck on bus for 10 minutes as could not get terminal fooors open. They turned heating up at full blast with no air. Surprised nobody passed out"
Pros: "I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler and found most of the staff very helpful - stowing my bags, helping to carry my buggy, helping with seat belts etc."
Cons: "A member of staff at the gate referred to my 2 year old daughter as "a difficult child" to another member of staff because she didn't like having her photo taken. I felt it was very rude and unfair, particularly as I had to lift her to an awkward height (whilst also holding a baby) as the camera was in a fixed position. It was clear the staff member didn't have children herself!"
Pros: "I received an email cancelling the flight before I left home."
Cons: "Last minute cancellation of the flight by BA meant I was unable to attend the event I was booked on. Have found service has definitely declined on recent BA flights I've travelled on. Check in staff are good though."

Cons: "I arrived about 45 mins before the departure time and they refused to let my 85 year old sick dad in a wheel chair board. They did not assist him in rebooking and we had to sleep in the airport to catch an Easy jet in the morning as all hotels were fully booked. This is about the worst service I have ever encountered and I would like a full refund Thanks Charles"

Cons: "Couldn't say as the flight was cancelled on arrival in LHR. Took 5hrs and 8 seperate question to discover what was going on and to be offered a flight to Glasgow as an alternative. The flight to Glasgow also took of late arriving at 2310 local. Europecar were great hired a Mercedes E220 with a gps to complete the journey to Edinburgh, at a cost of 600GBP for 3 1/2 days including fuel. Arrived 8hrs late, seriously affecting sleep patterns and ruining an already tight schedule. BA could have met us exiting ac from LAS in T5 explained situation, new boarding cards etc, total fail, should have booked flight with Lufthansa to EDI via Frankfurt for 600USD less. BA Staff comments such as " I'm sorry I haven't been trained for this situation, I can't help you after 40 minutes" etc Total lack of staff available and able to assist, super poor knowledge, massive queues not moving."

Originally allowed one carry on and one personal bag. Now you have to purchase priority to take both"

Cons: "Seating uncomfortable, don’t even serve water, charge money to check in 3 days early and for some strange reason they charged 100€ for standard carry ones manufactured by Samsonite for international travel because it didn’t fit in their standard cubby ... the same carry ones they allowed from London to Stansted became a tad too big on return . They remind me of US traffic police that start giving tickets on tiny issues st the end of the month to make their quota . Also many people in the line had bags exactly our size"

I learn lessons every time I travel! Today’s lesson is NEVER AGAIN Ryanair!"

No wonder the owner's a billionaire--however, on the positive side, the pilot landed "like butter" in Glasgow AND we heard that the Ryanair owner actually does pay millions in taxes for the good of Ireland. The flight bordered 40 minutes late and then sat on the runway for an hour. They was never an announcement as to why. My mother is in a wheelchair. They didn't let her pre-board, and then put her wheelchair through with the luggage. She had to get to the luggage carousel without it. They told her to just walk. Luckily, she can walk a little with help. Yikes, if she was totally disabled."

Cons: "First of all, the website is laid out in such a way that it's easy to make unnessasarry additional purchases. We ended up purchasing seats at the very back of the plane. We were unable to print our boarding tickets prior to checking in at the airport and after waiting in line for help, were directed to self help computers that we had to pay-to-use. These were not working and after lining up for help several more times (to get change to pump into the computers etc...) and sending off a 'chat help request we finally left and got a different clerk. While this second clerk was telling us we'd have to pay for her help, someone else overheard our challenges and took over from the clerk, printed our boarding tickets at no further charge and got us on our way. While we certainly appreciate the service at the end, it should never have come to that."

Cons: "I had just flown in on another Ryanair flight where I had stored my roll-on in the overhead bin. For the next leg the gate agent said my bag must fit in the "If it fits your bag flies free" container. It did not fit and he ignored my observation that it had fit in the bin just 30 minutes prior (identical planes Boeing 737 800). He charged me 50 Euros, delayed boarding, but remained courteous throughout. My complaint is that the unequal sizes of overhead bins and size-gauge allows for caprice and introduces tension between customer and agent. He was within his guidelines but many bags were allowed on that would not have fit. So does the company wish to continue a practice that alienates customers and places extra stress on gate agents? I'll never fly Ryanair until they eliminate this shell game."

Cons: "We got hammered with fees for not printing our boarding passes and prechecling our luggage. Not just the usual, got to pay for thr service but a substantial charge for not doing it ahead of time. The flight attendants were a little cool, no snacks at all, $3 for a bottle of water, otherwise no drinks. Ryanair had low fares but nickels and dimes you to offset that low cost ticket."
Cons: "Our backpacks cost as much as our tickets. I probably will use them again, though."
Pros: "It was amusing to see flight attendants peddle wares ranging from fragrances to scratch off lottery tickets. It definitely made flying Ryanair a memorable experience."

Cons: "I was travelling for two days and arrived in Dublin to check in and had to pay 240 Euros between my friend and I for checking in at the airport and 4 bags. Absolute rip off and will never fly Ryan Air again. The flight cost 160 Euros, and my check in and bag fees were 80 Euros more. First company to charge for not checking in two hour prior online. Give me a break!"
Pros: "They should bring their service to the United States. I enjoyed it and the $499 savings over top named carriers"
Pros: "For the price, everything went well. We paid a lot for baggage and it had to be under 40 pounds but it all worked out. The flight was almost an hour delayed but the flight itself was fine."
