Pros: the price

Cons: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Pros: Once the aircraft arrived the boarding and take off were fairly quick. The flight itself self was extremely quick and there was no hassle. Quite impressed with that.

Cons: The flight was delayed initially with 2 hours. There was no notification by the airport. After 2 hours there was another hpur delay. Again there was no notification. We and the other passengers had to constantly last to the gatw screen to see any updates. We were left in the dark until the very moment we started boarding.

Pros: The crew was kind.

Cons: I had to buy a plus ticket for my luggage, but I bought a priority before. I don’t like it.

Pros: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Cons: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service...

Cons: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Pros: Our initial flight was cancelled by Norwegian. So when I tried to communicate this with RyanAir, they wouldn’t refund our money

Cons: Poor customer service. No way to communicate with your support team They kept our money when we couldn’t be in Barcelona due to our original flight was cancelled by Norwegian
