|Top route||Tijuana Rodriguez to Guadalajara Miguel Hidal|
|Top airport||Mexico City Benito Juarez|
Pros: easy boarding, great crew(though very tired), seats were finally comfortable, not like sitting on wood
Cons: best flight ever with volaris!!!!
Cons: There were plenty of available seats to social distance however upon asking to be relocated they would only do an aisle seat for money. What happened to caring for others SAFETY?! I sent a
Twitter message (with photos) and no reply. Shitty service and lack of concern for human health.
Cons: 4 h delay
Pros: Flight attendants were friendly
But people at checking in are really mean. Nasty people you should get another people with better trainings, etc.
They were asking personal questions and abusing just because of their power. Not good at all, one on the worst experience
Cons: Personal at checking in. They have the worst attitude ever
Pros: Not much
Cons: Faster boarding More comfortable seats!! Crew was doing a turn around and we’re exhausted-not good customer service-crew too tired!!!
Pros: amazing crew
Cons: more padding in seats
Pros: On time fight
Cons: Service airline should serve a least water to the passengers with charging them for it
Pros: Como la gente me trató
Pros: Crew were nice
Cons: They charge for absolutely everything and flights are not even that cheap. Seats ate very uncomfortable.
Pros: I got safe and sound
Cons: Luggage policy $60 per checked luggage is extremely high, other than that at the México airport this airline do not pro use an international booth, so, make this a 90 minute lune with zero help from airline crew to even guide travelers, bad experience there, luggage damaged when came..... zero response from the airline. So in a nutshell is a very high priced airline with bad service
Pros: Above average amount of leg room. Plane was very clean.
Cons: Seats could have a bit more padding. Sitting becomes uncomfortable quickly.
Pros: Terrible! Terrible signage, terrible treatment, terrible organization!
Cons: Delayed flight, next time send the alert in time for people to stay put instead of waiting at the airport. And why keep your stupid vip seats empty and crowd people in the back in the middle of a pandemic. I hate volaris and I'll selling all my shares with them. Go vivaaerobus
Cons: Comfort of seats and when checking in being checked in with your party not scattered around.
Pros: Crew was amazing. Felt safe from check 8n to arrival
Cons: Second flight that was not on time. Seat was a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: Crew always nice
Cons: Boarding process was very slow-not normal for Volaris
Cons: Volaris has no social distancing in flight
Pros: Super rude, starting from the check-in counter to security inspection to boarding the plane- every attendant we asked a question to or asked for assistance had no clue what to do or respond.
Cons: Get better-qualified personnel.
Cons: Boarding too many unnecesary questions
Cons: Customer service.
Cons: Complimentary drinks & snacks
Cons: The social distancing was completely random. I had two girls sitting next to me meanwhile there were entire rows of seats completely open. Totally unnecessary!
Cons: On time
Pros: Amazing crew
Cons: More comfortable seats
Cons: Follow the rules "Social Distance" The flight was completely full. People sitting 3 in a row. We felt very unconfortable
Pros: I like everything about it
Pros: I very much dislike the professionalism this company provides to the consumer, never never will I return to use their service
Pros: Caring and through personnel in the face of a virus.
Cons: Hand sanitizer and temp check at gate.
I watched a crew member pick her nose.
Cons: It was a little too warm
Pros: Is hard to think what did I like. Nothing
Cons: Poor customer service. They charge for every thing. You cannot change your trip without charges. They do not answer when you call them. The fly attendant are rode.
Cons: That they would have let my parents actually fly.
Pros: Good price, cheerful people, direct flight.
Cons: Not charging extra for everything-- bag, carry on, seat selection, etc.
Cons: First time flying Volaris, both flights were delayed. The seats were very uncomfortable and overall bad experience.
Cons: Have electric outlets, seats too tight, have beverage service
Horrible trip, horrible service
Cons: Flight was delayed by 5hrs Hard to get clear information about the delay and when we were actually going to leave. Horrible wifi in Mexico Airport. They had all passengers board the plane and then decided to refuel, so everyone sat in the airplane for 1 hour at the gate before leaving. We didn’t even get a drink of water on the plane. We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris.
Pros: The seats were comfortable
Cons: Better training with the crew
Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Lots of turbulence
Cons: The airport reps were not at all helpful and my flight was changed to noon vs. The one I purchased.
Pros: Service staff were very nice. I felt bad for them. See below.
Cons: Flying in an airplane that has the fuel to make it to the destination. We had to make an emergency stop during take off. The pilot said an American pilot in another plane caused him to make the emergency stop. Then he said we had to refuel!!!
Cons: Very little leg room
Pros: Need remplace the seats and need more space
Pros: Quick boarding and ease with carry-on
Cons: We didn't get the safety announcement in full. The friendliness of the staff -
Pros: Quick boarding
Cons: More comfortable seats
Pros: Airline reps were always available
Cons: They flew me from Veracruz to Guadalajara 3 hours later than scheduled. Instead of making an effort for several passangers to catch the flight from Guadalajara to Fresno (also ran by Volaris) they would not let us board the Fresno flight; even though the gate was still open and the last passengers were boarding. Instead, Volaris sent me to Los Angeles (they gave me the option of flying to Fresno, but 5 days later. I don't live in Guadalajara and that was not my final destination). In Los Angeles, I had to take a cab from the LAX to the Bus Station, take the bus to Fresno (spend all night on the bus) and take a cab to the Fresno airport to pick up my automobile. Thank you Volaris . . . great job!
Pros: The flight was mostly empty
Cons: The flight attendant Paola was super rude. None of them had a pen even though they know every single passenger has to complete a customs form. Also, the gentleman at the counter was rude and said several expletives when I was boarding bc he had to do a little extra work to print out a boarding pass for my infant.
Pros: On schedule A+, even ahead of schedule a few minutes.
Cons: Very little legroom, not reclinable seats, no carry-on included, no snacks included for the 3+ hour flight. They should include more for the price.
Cons: There were four gate changes. My husband was in a wheelchair and we were running back-and-forth trying to keep up with the changes. They don’t even give you water on the flight. If there is no food OK. But there should be water. The whole thing reminded me of traveling on a second class bus. Won’t do it again
Pros: The crew were fantastic and the seats were comfortable.
Cons: Leg space was a bit tight for a tall person so if you can get an exit row do it.
Cons: Everything needs to change! Worst airline worst service rude people. Horrific experience wish I got my money back.
Cons: It was awful. Was not offered any food and refused when asked for water. Seats are awful uncomfortable and for small people, no leg room at all. No internet no space no comfort nothing. The attendants were rude and refused to speak English. It was horrible I will never use volaris again
Cons: no cold air on the flight, it was so hot on the plane, it was delayed
Cons: Boarding timeliness and process was bad.
Cons: You should provide food as you used to. Prices for food are very expensive on the plane, but plane tickets are still the same. They aren't cheaper at all.
Cons: Connecting flight was a nightmare. Airline did not accepted electronic boarding pass.
They made me make a 1 hr. line to get a paper one. Couple of passengers and I almost lost flight.
Volariis counter staff did not provided nor informed a paper boarding pass was needed to fly internationally when I told them I was traveling to Dallas.
Cons: Treat form Volaris personal at Cancun terminal
Pitching itself as a low-cost airline with affordable prices and streamlined amenities, Volaris has grown to become a significant member of the North American aviation industry since commencing operations in 2005. Based in Santa Fe, the carrier has additional hubs in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Tijuana.
The majority of international flights are scheduled north towards cities across the United States, while flights are also available to the Central American countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. Volaris Costa Rica was established as a subsidiary of the main carrier in 2016, taking on the responsibility of more services within the Central America region.
Volaris only offers Economy seating, meaning there is no class separation between customers. Passengers are allowed to bring pets as carry-on luggage, providing that the animal and their cage weigh less than 22 lb. Vaccination records and health certificates must be presented prior to the pet being allowed to board the plane.
An exclusively Airbus fleet of aircraft is operated by the airline, with most being narrow-body planes that are suited to medium distance flights. The A320 and A321 families of aircraft are most common and can hold between 174 and 230 passengers. The colorful pixelated logo of the carrier is visible on the tail of the fleet with a black background. New planes introduced to the fleet are given a name, such as Ricardo or Stephany, which are then inscribed on the fuselage underneath the Volaris branding. Keep an eye out to see if the aircraft you are traveling on has been named.
