Pros: The airplane remained in the air.
Cons: The crew went 8 hours without food or beverage service. When asked for water, they directed us to a shared (COVID!) bottle of water near the bathroom. Terrible service and in fact, dangerous.
Pros: This was the worst flying experience I have ever encountered.
Cons: We sat on the tarmac 3 hours, then deplaned to a holding area for another hour and then were told the flight would be delayed until 1 pm the next day. I booked this flight in order to arrive home 7 hours earlier than originally planned on Alaska Air. I finally arrived 20 hours LATER THAN I WOULD HAVE ARRIVED!
Pros: The seats and plane condition were fine, however the crew was swearing and unprofessional.

Cons: Just seemed chaotic. Plane super late departing. Baggage pick up was a nightmare.
Pros: The flight crew were very nice. I needed help boarding and departing, and they were there every step of the way.

Pros: I didn’t like the crew on board .. everyone else was good, there was a flight attendant on my flight very rude, I asked if it was possible to get an additional snack, and she looked at me, she told me something that I didn’t understand , she placed an extra snack on my tray.. then she picked it up and took it away from me … that was extremely rude .. I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me
Cons: You need to provide a better customer service to your passengers, you need to train them and evaluate them to treat passengers with respect, if they have a job it is because we people use your airline not the other way around

Cons: Two loud drunks talked loudly about inappropriate topics the entire flight while not wearing masks. Several people were not wearing masks and the crew never even tried to quiet them down or to tell anyone about the mask. I wondered if the crew agreed with what they were saying that’s why they allowed it. I say that because the one time a steward came to speak to them, it was in the most endearing way. The drunks were commenting that they were told there’d be alcohol and the steward said something like “It’ll be back soon. It’s just that things have been difficult. Have you been watching the news?” in the sweetest way. It felt like a wink.
