Sadly flight was delayed but otherwise good flight
all good on this trip
Delayed by an hour because there were not enough staff to staff the departure gate.
Flight and luggage was delayed. Though everything seems to be delayed at the moment. Travel isn’t as simple as it used to be.
The onboard WIFI was not working, other than that all good. The food is always poor on these sorts of flights so not their fault.
Good trip on time cabin crew were very accomodating
I travelled with my father who was in a wheelchair and the staff did everything possible to assist us. From check in to arriving on the tarmac at Maroochydore the staff were amazing and so helpful. I cant fault any of the service.
Everything was fine just 25 mins late departing and arriving close to Midnight !
On time departure and luggage took so long to arrive out
Cancelled my flight two hours before it was due to take off. I had a morning flight so when I landed I had time to drive to my accomodation 6 hours away. I got to my destination airport at 8pm after my replacement flight was delayed two hours. No support, no compensation, no apology, just a few generic emails, oh and when I tried to send a complaint on the Virgin website it kept giving me an error message. We were told the flight was cancelled due to not enough flight crews. How is it legal to sell tickets for flights you don't have staff too. The delay was weather. So angry!!

I checked in online and went straight to the gate. There I was told that I hadn't checked in. Problem was the aircraft had changed after I checked in and I no longer had a seat allocation and my boarding pass was useless. It was resolved after some difficulties.
All flights were delayed and mine was also cancelled. Boarding was late
Leg room was good. The plane was delayed for 90 minutes however we were kept informed of the delay throughout the waiting period.
Since being taken over from original ownership it is now the worst it’s been. Very poor and you can tell the staff aren’t happy either. Put some pride back into your business.
Food selection as fb’s same as Friday. The staff on flight were the best I’ve ever experienced with Virgin
I like that the plane was clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have some form of entertainment I.e. screens or something to read.
Luggage took almost an hour to come out due to “luggage delays”. What a joke
No announcement of a 30 minute delay prior to boarding.
Simple and easy flight. Just like pre Covid
Wi-Fi didn’t work, staff didn’t know how to fix it. They expected us to use our own device but provide no charging points. Food was terrible and expensive. For the price of the ticket, Qantas is better value.

Disappointing that people not wearing masks where not asked the put them on properly. Snacks should be provided for such a long flight. Web browsing wifi would have been good. Plane wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
It is disappointing that there aren't snacks provided anymore. Also wifi is only for VA app, web browsing wifi is expected these days.
