Boarding announcement needs improvement. Didn't hear the zones being called and all of a sudden we hear that we need to on the plane!! Crazy!! Also you had to condense your personal and carry on! We were fine but what about the other passengers?
The seats on spirit flights could use serious improvement.
To whom may concern, I was not able to board my flight because it showed as cancel but my credit card got charge. Please issue refund. Thank You Jan Pierre Rivera
Spirit is an awful airline. Rude gate workers in Las Vegas. Ridiculous bag charges. No leg room. I'll never be lured to this airline again.
Spirit is DEFINITELY the BUS of the airline industry. They have low prices because they charge for everything, seat, carry on bag, checked bag etc if you need it they charge for it. I was afraid to ask for water. What’s obvious is that in a further attempt to maximize profit they’ve have NO room between rows. I’m 6’2” and couldn’t sit down with my legs in front of me. There was a guy across from me who was about 6’6” who couldn’t sit down AT ALL. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER AD INFINITUM fly Spirit again. If I just have to be somewhere in a hurry I’ll drive first and risk a speeding ticket. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Seats were on the small side but flight was on time and will fly Spirit again…
5 hour delay because they didnt book a crew. Waited for 3 hours not knowing if they would even have one. They offered you your money back or to book at flight at 730 pm next business day. Zero compensation for lack of planning on their part.
Cancun to Mexico, flight delayed because one of there workers was late 2 hours. Orlando to STL delayed 5 hours because they didn't book a crew, ended up at home at 5 am. Awful choice of airline.
This return flight was ridiculous and did NOT consider COvid as well. They sold all seats so people sat in middle seats and three people touching. I pray I dont get Covid because Spirit was greedy and sold middle seats.
I won’t fly spirit again. It’s bargain and you get what you pay for. I’m only 5.2 and a regular middle seat was miserable. We were delayed an hour and attendants simply don’t communicate.
Everything was outstanding
Spirit is the worst airline ever. The flight are cheap, but their per-bag charges are astronomical (they even charge for carry-ons!), and they limit your bags to 40 lbs instead on the regular 50 lbs all other airlines allow. Their seats are thinly padded and uncomfortable, there is no in-flight entertainment and they don’t offer you anything during the flight, not even water. Once you add the cost of bags and the uncomfortable flight, it’s not worth traveling with them, unless it’s a short flight and all you need is a personal item like a backpack.
NOTHING WAS FOOD ABOUT THIS AIRLINES. DO NOT FLY WITH SPIRIT AIRLINES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF,YOU NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING.WARNING DONT FLY WITH SPIRIT AIRLINES
Spirit has been improving steadily. The planes are still pretty basic and they have separate just for almost everything except breathing. But the prices are cheap and they have been more consistently on time. I think it is a good value. Certainly a better value than American and Southwest, both suck.
Poor. It didn’t happen at all. Spirit was late getting into FLL, which delayed us getting to the terminal. After we deboarded the plane, we (as a plane) all got put in a large side room, while several new planes full of passengers joined the security line ahead of us. This cost us an extra 30 delay, and by the time we got through customs, plus the main screening, our flight had already left us. Not very happy righty now,paying for my own hotel when I should be in my own bed.
I tried to cancel the flight several times within 24 hours of booking it and have never received a refund
Well, we were supposed to depart 12:55am on 1/11/22. -around 942pm 1/10/22, the departure gate changed -at 12 am 1/11/22, the departure time changed from 12:55am to 2am. -at 1230am, 1/11/22. The departure time changed from 2am to 2pm. Absolutely unacceptable. We could have been told more in advance about the huge possible delay change. I’m sure it may have to do with lack of pilots, not economically best for THEM to get another plane but at the consumers expense (time) we had to suffer. There are ways to forecast these issues in advance so the customer suffers less. Spirit Airline failed there. Fortunately, I was able to cancel & request a refund plus use my United Airline points to purchase a last minute flight that left @ 545am versus being stuck in LA with a 3:00pm departure (a total of almost 15 hour delay). I’m a travel agent & I will think twice now before using Spirit & now when friends & family ask if Spirit Airlines is reputable/a good choice, my answer will now be “No”, wouldn’t trust/depend on them for vacations or business travel. Wouldn’t want my trusted advice to be slandered by recommending spirit airlines to anyone.
Very bad experience
The plane ride was fairly smooth. Captain did a great job flying. There was however the terrible delays, packed flight for us to still be in a pandemic, and the cabin pressure changes that really popped your ears terribly. They could’ve offered free soft drinks and a snack at least for the terrible inconvenience of a 2 hour delay as we had to scramble with contacting our transportation at the last minute with so many changes. Definitely what you get for the price. Just glad it was nonstop for us.
The agent at the counter was horrible and lacked any people skills. She couldn’t find my reservation so she insisted I wait for another flight. Needless to say she was wrong and I had to ask for an apology. Although I paid to bypass the security line it wasn’t on my boarding pass and we left over two hours late.

Spirit cancelled the flight and won't refund my money. I've tried 10 times and no luck. They and Kayak are thieves. Be careful doing business with these scum.
My flight from Chicago O'Hare to Boise was not booked. I feel disappointed about it.
I demand a refund! I was on time to check in and they wouldn’t let me board! I have all of my receipts and Lyft receipts to the airport that morning proving that I was on time to the airport and they still wouldn’t let me board the plan please refund my account in full immediately
Nothings, have better planning for pilots as I lost my flight after many days of planning.
