Pros: Very strict and inconsistent with carry on bags. Paid £160 for luggage. Missed connecting flight because they were slow to disembark us off first flight. Said we would make it and then left without us. Had to go through security again and also couldn’t find luggage.

Pros: Lots of apologies for the delay and ambiguous gate change and wait for snow to be cleared so we could walk to plane. Didn't get original plane but a small stand by one. It was a smooth journey and we still made it to Manchester in plenty of time for connection. Staff we're really lovely and apologetic about delays and lack of information about what was happening. The plane was freezing to start but eventually warmed up. Smooth take off and landing.

Pros: I had to book this flight in desperation after another airline let us down. From booking online, with two hours to go until our flight, through checking in. It was smooth and uncomplicated, unlike Lastminute.com.

- pilot gave more than the average hello. Always nice to hear more about flight, plane and route.
Southend airport is tiny so, security only took 2 minutes and train station is only 30 meters from arrivals!

Cons: The overhead lockers are in such a position that myself and my wife bumped our heads twice against it while trying to sit in and getting up. Not nice at all. The lockers should be a be a bit wider and positioned higher. It is also a shame that these days these greedy so called budget airlines (Flybe included), do not provide complimentary bottled drinking water (may cost 50p max a bottle)- a basic necessity and do not even apologise for that. All they seem to be interested in checking the size of hand bags in the name of safety! May be animals enjoy better treatments than the passengers using the services of these so called low cost airlines!

Cons: The Flybe counter staff at the Edinburgh airport were not very helpful when we missed the flight (which was entirely our fault). They could have been more helpful in assessing our options to get to Belfast after we missed the flight. Another airline counter was much more helpful, we will check their flights first the next time.

Pros: Operating a small jet with 2x2 row seats - therefore speedy boarding. Nice calm flight - the price was right - yet it is not a 'low budget' airline and both the crew and the passengers reflected this.

Cons: Our trolley bag was taken put in the hold despite others with the same case or bigger bags being allowed on and practically forcing their bags into overhead lockers. Our bag measured exactly the required dimensions. It was one rule for one and one rule for another

Pros: When we went to check in, a ticket agent named David was amazing! We had missed a flight at a different airport and were really bummed out. We told David a short version of the story and how we were going to Edinburgh and how we lost an entire day of travel. David told us about a bunch of his favorite things to do and wrote them down for us. He was so friendly and helpful it really helped us get excited about our trip again. The other crew seemed nice, but we didn’t have many other interactions) it was a VERY quick flight (also nice). They also offered food and beverage even though the flight was short, which we didn’t want anything, but liked that they did.
Cons: This is more on the airport maybe, but the flight was delayed so the times kept changing and we didn’t have any gate yet, it made it hard to relax. Then our gate was announced a few minutes late and we had to hussele to get there since we only had about 15-20 minutes before final boarding.

Cons: Nothing. It was great. The only reason that I gave 1 star for entertainment is because tgere waan't any entertainment on board. But that was fine. I had a book to read.

Pros: There were two passengers who talked non stop, the rest of the plane was quiet, but when they had finally finished chatting the two flight attendants started and didn’t stop until we got there. Shame really.. surely they could better use their time looking after customers than talking about hair styles. I remember when you used to get great service on planes, you used to press the call button and it was a delight .. these days they almost frown upon actually doing a job bar serving meals and the bare minimum. Why not set yourselves apart by being fantastic

They were not accessible on my phone only on my laptop at home, Normally I would have printed them but unfortunately our printer was not working. As I had thought they were downloaded on to the app I had not been too concerned. However it didn't work. Fortunately we were able to check in via the service help desk though that was stressful timewise.
