Pros: Non-disruptive 15-hour red-eye flight from Hong Kong to New York was appreciated. Smooth and comfortable flight, no complaints here.
Cons: In-Flight Wi-Fi was not available once reaching the continental United States.
Pros: Everthing was up to the mark
Cons: Everything was satisfactory
Pros: Everything was amazing
Cons: Everthing was great
Pros: Meals, comfort, and crew all above average.
Cons: Nothing really
Cons: It was too hot in the plane.
Pros: Customer service is amazing!
Cons: Keep up the great work!
Pros: Great food, entertainment options and personal space
Cons: Crew left something to be desired. Didnt check on anyone or "make the rounds", I had to get up and seek them out. Went almost 12 hours between meals and seemed annoyed when I asked for food
Pros: The seat is comfortable.
Pros: Staff was great and very helpful
Cons: If they didn't change my flight for 2 hours earlier.
Cons: I wish there was air conditioning. It was very warm ok the plane.
Cons: The extra leg room seat I purchased was not as advertised. There was a row in front of it not show on the web diagram.
Pros: It was on time.
Cons: The extra leg room seats I purchased where not as advertised. There was an entire row on front of the that was not pictured on the web diagram.
Good
Cons: Boarding was disorganized. Otherwise everything was good
Pros: Food and beverage
Pros: Late departure but kept informed. Food good.
Pros: Boarding was quick and easy. Blankets and pillows were ample and already at the seat.
Cons: Food was worse than what I had come to expect from Cathay Pacific. Drinks were less frequent. Restroom facilities were not well kept over the course of the flight.
Pros: Everything was good . Yhe only problem is the small portions of food.
Cons: Captain concern about security.
Cons: Misdirected at upper entrance.
Pros: A great flight with friendly staff, comfy seats, good food, and great inflight entertainment.
Cons: The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate.
Pros: Great service
Cons: N/A
Pros: Great crew
Cons: N/A
Cons: The fish is terrible - no matter it is regular or low salt meal.
Pros: This flight left nearly an hour late, which at 1 AM really hurts. The crew were ok, but the flight seemed understaffed, and our service in premium economy was pretty ordinary.
Cons: Total gong show getting to our connecting flight in HK, but Cathay Pacific got us there with only seconds to spare.
Pros: Seats were very comfortabe
Cons: Food was not great. It took over an hour for the bags to come through at JFK.
Pros: Seats were very comfortable and so were the entertainment options
Cons: The food was really sub-par in terms of quality. Also the it took over an hour for bags to come through which if we are flying business is a little sub-par
Cons: They fed us expired food. Expired ice cream and expired yogurt. They could not put my wife and me together and I believe that it violates a new law passed by Senator Chuck Shummer. It made it difficult for me to get her medicine to her. On a short flight it wouldn’t matter as much. But we had to endure it for 15 hours. They only fed us two meals instead of 3. Other airlines put a sticker in front of you if you slept through the meal time.
Pros: The crew was helpful and nice
Cons: Better seats and cost should be less
Pros: Top notch service and experience. Up there with EVA Air as the best I’ve ever seen.
Cons: Baggage delivery took very long in Hong Kong. Bags were coming off 35 minutes after the first bag came off.
Pros: This flight and seat was definitely more comfortable than going to HongKong- space was ver cramped before.
Cons: Vegetarian meals can be better, breakfast eggs get over cooked and rice also.
Cons: Better attitude of head attendant. Need to improve food. Not attentive.
Cons: We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional.
Pros: Can i request for a food that us not pork? I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks
Cons: Baggage handling was poor
Pros: Same thing they serve pork and no other substitute.
The crew members are not so nice especially the one serving the food, some are rude to answer when I asked for something.
Cons: Serve chicken or beef and not only pork for not all will eat pork.3 of us was not able to eat. Thats was not acceptable.
Pros: The crew is not so amazing and the food is not so good. They only serve pork and sea food..i don't eat those food for my religion and i asked for another food anything as long as i had something for im starving, for they never had another food to give? You mean i cannot have food while boarding the plane? Im starving and they don't gibe us any food to eat even if i asked them if theres anything . And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. The crew is rude when I asked something instead of looking for another food is theres any. I paid for my flight including the food and i was not able to eat.
Cons: Crew serving food should be nice and make sure that all passengers have food to eat especially if one, two or three or more doesn't eat pork and shrimp..if only i could i could transfer plane at that moment i will do it.
Hope they will not feel the way i feel i was starving the whole flight..
Fantastic
Pros: I loved the entire experience. This flight was my second trip with Cathay Pacific and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Seats were clean and comfortable. They had decent leg room and great range of motion. The entertainment center was simple but sleek. I loved the extensive movie library. Service was great.
Cons: Boarding was delayed but the crew did keep us updated and was systematic in boarding
Pros: The crew was very nice
Cons: Softer seats more wholesome videos
Pros: The seat was not super comfortable but the crew was really lovely and so helpful!
Cons: More padding on the seat would have been nice
Pros: Seat was comfortable. Crew was not too attentive and kept forgetting to serve me food
Cons: Crew should be attentive to ALL passengers.
Pros: The crew was good, not much as it was a red eye, but they were friendly and helpful
Pros: Crew and ground Staff were very helpful and friendly
Pros: Crew and all other Staff were very helpful and friendly
Cons: Don’t know
Cons: Seats were teeny
Pros: Crew was fantastic.
Cons: Food and drink service
Pros: Very attentive, friendly and multi-lingual crew. Everything was on time. Food was very good. Excellent.
Pros: Apart from the delay everything was quite good.
Cons: The delay of over 1 hour was a bit nerve-racking as we were close to missing our connecting flight.
Pros: The crew went above and beyond the meet my needs. I requested the Cathay draft beer Betsy which wasn't loaded, unfortunately, but the crew managed to find one in economy.
Cons: It was annoying the entertainment content on the A350 and 777-300ER were slightly different. I was watching a show but could not finish it.
Pros: I like the option to upgrade for a paid seat. Having the window sit with the middle seat available provides extra space.
Cons: Categorizing travellers together.
Pros: Fast and easy to board
nice crew worked fast and smooth
large proposal for entertainment
Cons: more diversity of beverage offered
Also please propose coffee or tea before/after dinner and breakfast, nobody proposed me and I thought it would come later but nothing came. I should have asked before the end of the service but I was surprised it wasn't coming automatically.
Cons: Economy seating is extremely narrow!
Pros: Cathay Pacific continues to delivery a stellar experience in first class even on shorter legs such as the soon to be discontinued New York to Vancouver flight (888/865). They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining.
Cons: Extremely bad service at the ticket counter. Really disappointed, really disappointed
Pros: good service, nice staff, confort ok
Cons: food can always be improve but overall ok
Pros: good service, on top of it i have been upgraded during the longer oversea flight. i like the companies doing that often
Cons: food can always be better but overall ok
Pros: yes
Cons: food
Cons: Chose emergency exit on Cathay 777-300. Terrible.. was squished like a sardine! And I was in window seat... was not even able to eat! Worst economy class I have been in years!!! Never again....
Pros: Good crew. Great pilots.
Cons: Food. Seat comfort.
Pros: crews were nice
Cons: Very crowded flight. Fully book. Super busy bathroom. Food was bad
Cons: More regional movies for India

Several of the fleet are decorated in a dark grey oneworld livery, while others feature the company’s logo on top of a dark green base.
