It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. Cons: "I was denied boarding on the Dublin to Munich leg of my connecting flight from Newark to Munich. My ticket was booked through Lufthansa, but the transatlantic leg of my trip was operated by United. When checking in with United in Newark, I received two boarding passes, one for each leg of the trip. I arrived on time in Dublin for my flight to Munich and tried to board the plane for Munich with the boarding pass I had printed in Newark. After scanning my ticket, the Lufthansa employees at the gate informed me that they had no record of me or my plane ticket in their system. I showed them the email confirmation for my ticket, but they still could not find any record of my ticket in their online system. The employees seemed more concerned with boarding all passengers as quickly as possible than assisting me. After being denied boarding, I had to go back through passport control to change my flight, and ended up getting to Munich nearly 6 hours behind schedule and missed an entire day of vacation. A Lufthansa employee told me that out of every partner in the STAR alliance, United is the ONLY airline they have had this problem with. I find this inexcusable, I will be AVOIDING ANY United/Lufthansa connecting flight from now on."

In the U.S., we are customers that paid for a service and are asking for details on that service. In Europe, we are annoyances that depend on staff at the boarding gates to get on the plane, so power tripping and general disdain to customers beings confused are part of the game. I will try never to fly Austrian Airlines again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior toward families, mothers with children, senior citizens. I can almost see the smirks and annoyed and superior attitude of staff at the boarding gate when they had to deal with more passengers asking why boarding hasn't started half an hour ago when we were announced it would. No answers, just show me the passport and boarding pass, ok, please go back, we'll let you know, then ignore questions."

Despite that, the luggage would not come, and the claims office was ridiculous (despite of the destination being within 1 hour of drive from the airport, it took us 24 hours of our short vacation trip to deal with luggage). It seems that LH has these problems regularly, and they don't seem to care; I guess we'll have to try someone else to avoid suffering the same problem every time. The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

Pros: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

Cons: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Cons: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Pros: "The crew were lovely and welcoming. We was given snacks and drinks on the flight which was great. Take off was a bit delayed but boarding was smooth. Couldn't complain about the comfort as was only just over an hours flight."

Cons: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

Pros: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

Cons: "Only one toilet working in business class. A crew member told me that it was a decision to fly with only one toilet to ensure no delay. There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. was not able to make connecting flight in Amsterdam. No flights from Amsterdam to final destination in the US. Lost one full day. Had to stay overnight. What a cluster mess. Will never fly with KLM airlines and would not recommend. Will spend a little extra money and fly on other airlines......very poor, disorganized, and horrendous flight experience. Buyer beware."

Cons: "Stranded for 48 hours in Africa. Missed 3 flights due to complete incompetence, truly a horrible experience."

Cons: "Kayak is a horrible company and not easy to work with. They have screwed me royally and I will say nothing but bad things about them. They should not even be in business the way they have handled my situation including hanging up on me multiple times and changing the rules for flight changes, etc. Saying I am unhappy is an understatement."

Cons: "Upon check in Dublin there was only one attendant at the check in counter in business class. Had seat assigned when I booked the flight and check in counter gave different seats so was not sitting beside my husband."

Cons: "Boarding was by bus, which had to keep stopping for moving aircraft. And it was a cold, wet & windy Dublin day!"

Cons: "I went to the restroom in the back, and one of the flight attendants was sitting in her jump seat, with head phone on and appeared to be sleeping or resting with eyes closed. Her sprawling legs were blocking the aisle, therefore I could not get to the restroom on the other aisle that was the only one open at that time This is unacceptable. Also PA is way too loud."

Pros: "I liked the variety of movies/television series shows that were available and having USB charger at every seat. Also liked that they gave headphones free of charge as well as pillows and blankets."
Cons: "The seats were fairly narrow and I had the unfortunate luck of having a mechanical box at foot space taking away half of it. (on the previous flight there was no box and foot space was fine). On this journey I was sitting on the aisle being constantly bumped by the crew moving up and down the aisles. I’m not a big person and wasn’t in the aisle however, on the aisle opposite me was a bigger person. The crew were constantly moving to avoid that person and hitting me. Expect tight seating and narrow aisles."

Pros: "When my flight was cancelled due to weather they got me on to another flight right away and I didn’t miss my connection. However I waited in line for an hour and a half, maybe I was lucky because I was near the beginning of the line. There was only one person for awhile helping re route people."

Cons: "Even though all correspondence told me I could check in 24 hours ahead and choose a seat, after repeatedly trying, I gave up. I even called and was told I could do it, but I couldn’t. Because of that, I got a crappy seat. Another man and I stood outside of a bathroom for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out, and we finally discovered that a flight attendant had locked it from the outside because of turbulence and forgot to open it. My checked bag was tagged with the priority sticker. I had a tight connection to catch a bus once I got to Boston. My bag came out of the carousel exactly 15 minutes after the first bag came out. That’s priority???"

Cons: "Before we boarded this plane we arrived at Aer Lingus for a 2 hour layover. The airport only had a snack bar open and an express bar with only drinks. There was cafes upstairs but that was closed off to hundreds of people with a layover between flights. When asked they said it was closed off by escalater and elevator to all of us. They blocked the escalator with a giant gate sign. People waited in line at a snack for over 20 mins for a bite to eat that was express food or a choice of 5 sandwiches that came hot that actually sucked not worth the money at all. People were pissed! I was looking forward to a nice meal for my layover but that definitely did not happen! They only came around once with drinks on a 6 hour flight, then twice for coffe and tea. When I asked for a sprite they said they ran out of things completely"

Cons: "We arrived at the airport late because our first plane arrived at the airport late, then we were held up because of poor weather. When we arrived at the Dublin airport, we had to run the gauntlet, only to be told our plane had already left- a few minutes early - thanks a lot. I wanted a drink on the plane and had to pay for it- I’ve always had free drinks before."

Cons: "US pre-clearance involves a second run through security, which required again getting all liquids into one place. I also means arriving another 20 minutes early at Dublin airport. I suppose this affects every carrier from Dublin to US."

Cons: "You can not bring a hot drink on board,but they give you hot drinks on board it doesn't make sense.. The seats are very small on a 9 hrs flight,the arm rest should go up for some space when available..There should be at least a vegetarian option for people who don't eat meat.."

Cons: "Boarding was comical. This was the one place in the airport where there is no attempt to establish a queue area. I don't get it. Plane audio for pilot and crew announcements was poor. Nobody could hear what was being announced. Entertainment audio was very poor - which on a long flight can make a big difference. Even tried my own earbuds and it did not help."

Cons: "Cattle call boarding.... No system. We prepaid 80 Euro for two carry-on size bags because they were slightly over the 10 kilo limit and then they announced at the gate that if carton bags were over size or weight, they would check the free. Really!!!!"

Cons: "They sat me in the last row again and seat did not recline. I was halfway in the aisle. Most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever been on. You had to pay for tea. No entertainment."

Cons: "3 hours in the machine and not even a soda or bag of peanuts for a flight during lunch time. This was not American Airlines, it was Aer Lingus. They want to sell drinks, snacks and duty free. Hey, we were already paying enough just to be in the jet!"

Pros: "The flight left almost on time which was good and landed a little over 20 minutes late which was ok."
Cons: "I had a window seat and felt very crammed. Also, we had to wait close to an hour for our luggage to come through. That was most annoying."

Cons: "All of our luggage was left behind by Aer Lingus in Dublin when we caught our connecting flight and now we are in Rome without any clean clothes! Being here without our luggage is unacceptable."

Pros: "Unlike many of the American carriers I have flown on, there was not a single flustered, surly, or unhelpful employee with whom I had contact. They were friendly, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend this airline."
Cons: "There was nothing I didn't like."

Cons: "There was no complimentary food at all not to mention about baverages and hot drinks. Te flight was pretty long, almost 3 hrs so I was expecting litlle bit more, especially after 8 hrs connecting flight."

Cons: "11 hours in Heathrow. I will use another airline just to avoid Heathrow next time. You chnged my itinerary putting me there for 11 hours. This was not my choice"
