Cons: "The airline is a joke, they have mandatory self check in before the flight, but you can't do it on the same they, so they charge you €55 to do it for you, utterly ridiculous."

Cons: "The plane itself was clearly cheaper than the planes Transavia and Norwegian used. The only problem (though this had nothing to do with the airline) was having to sit in Nantes airport for 14 hours with no access to real food after about 11PM. The free shuttle into Nantes is great but I wish it worked later on Sundays. I was thrown for a loop and by the time I got a handle on what my options were they had closed."

Cons: "My travel agent could not check us in as she did not realize she need passport info, exp. date, and birth date and we couldn't reach her in time to get us checked in with the time difference. It cost us an extra 115 pounds to checkin at the airport. That is ridiculous!"

Pros: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"

Cons: "Tap water offer would be appreciated. Too bad the checked bag price is so high that everyone brings what they can onboard which fills up all the overhead storage. Tickets that are bought together should be seated together if possible and not just randomly assigned."
Cons: "The staff on the ground was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were so offensive and racist toward us that we decided to fly a different airline. I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."

Cons: "The actual airport in Santorini is a zoo and everything takes far longer than it should. There are countless lines to wait in and huge inefficiencies in the way they operate. This causes frustration but Ryan Air only added to that tenfold. They nickel and dime their customers for everything including charging 62 Euro for in person check in. They then charge for overweight and oversized bags but these are based on their unorthodox weight and size restrictions. The worst part of all of this is that after going through 3 lines, you then find out your bag is too big and are forced to go back to the gate agent to start the process over. The flight left late because of these delays. This airline is a joke and I would not recommend flying with them to my worst enemy!"

Cons: "The plane seemed incredibly old, like nothing I've seen before. They wanted to charge us 50 pounds to check in our luggage at the airport. I never received an email about needing to check in to the flight online. Luckily we arrived early enough to the airport for the customer service desk to let us know we only had 20 minutes to check in on our mobile devices. The landing of the plane was also the worst I have ever experienced. Everything was so unorganized and uncomfortable about this flight and airline. NEVER traveling with Ryanair and will recommend to all friends and family to avoid Ryanair."

Arrived at Edinburgh airport and was told that since I did not check in and it was within 2 hours of the flight, I would have to pay 50 Euro per passenger to check in. There were 3 of us. I had previously paid for checked bags and to reserve seats. Sneaky way for an airline to sucker people out of money. Have flown Ryan air before. Will never again. Unfortunate. Staff was welcoming and flight was comfortable. Not a reflection of employees. 100% reflection of upper management."

Pros: "This Ryan air trip was a bit more relaxed, smooth and fast. I paid Ymir the extra suitcase check in and geared that Ryan air and extremely particular in weight. My 20 kg bag came a little over but it was fine, nothing said. It was smooth and no issues. I would book Ryan air again"
Cons: "When I bought the ticket, the plane was supposed to leave at 4:10pm, then it was changed to 4:30pm and although I asked for help explaining that I was going to miss my connection they said there was nothing they could do for me. So I lost my next flight and had to spend the night at a hotel at my own expense. They charge extra for checking in at the counter (43 euros), for your bag (40-60 euros), and their kg limit is 20 as opposed to 23 that most other airlines have, so they charge 10 euros per extra kg. During the flight you have to pay for everything you may want to eat/drink, including water."
