Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.
Some of the best service I’ve ever seen on an international flight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of choices and attention to detail. The seats are kind of old and narrow, but I have wide shoulders. The only area for improvement was making the cabin a little cooler.
It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !
Absolute worst airline. Charged us $720 to check 4 bags (2 of which were carry-on). Entertainment systems didnt work. And on a 12 hour flight they served 2 meals and never once came around outside of those 2 meals with a beverage or cup of water. Will never fly them again.
Very punctual, the onboard staff was friendly and correct, the flight was fortunately very calm, the toilets were clean, in short, an excellent experience Thanks

Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again
Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.
Staff didnt want to work, had to get up to get food and ear plugs myself even after calling the attendant multiple times. Both bags were not recieved in Dubai, called the next day to confirm bags were recieved and had to go to airport to pick up the bags. Now coming back to LAX one bag made it and the other bag is still missing.
We felt the 787 was more comfortable than the A350 though the seat quality was poorer due to many seats are not reclining as designed - a little worn due to age.
Etihad Check In counter/Station manager in Heathrow was bothering and not helpful at all. They are rude and not customer oriented
One of your male flight attendant was pushy and a bit of a martinette. Completely unnecessary.
Good. The food was very bad. Except for the chicken rice, rest of the dish went to trash.

My wife and I were upgraded to Business Class on our Dublin-Abu-Dhabi flight on the 22nd of January. Being served by "Mariyan" (not too sure about her name, she's from Tunisia) was the real highlight of our flight, she deserves to be working with etihad. We are looking forward to the next upgrade as we are flying back to Dublin on February 01, 2024. If I am not mistaken we have just reached GOLD status as Etihad Guests.

Etihad checkin boarding and insight experience is one of a kind that i have never experienced in other fights. The flight crew was very kind and helpful when i traveled with my broken leg. Overall i rate the highest
