Pros: "It is very disappointing that the I have been charged for my luggage. I have been allowed one peace suitcase from London to Stockholm. I was allowed from London but on return British Airways check in staff charge me unlawfully."

Cons: "The phone number to contact BA in Italy started with 02, didn’t work with a cell phone needs a country code. The check in staff were ok, but the disability support staff in both Rome and London were EXCELLENT and the cabin crew were great."

Cons: "We couldn’t get on the flight. We arrived late because of an earlier flight but were at the ticket area before this flight even started boarding. Our boarding passes would not print at our departure location and I wasn’t able to check in online for it because it kept linking to the American Airlines website for checkin. We tried to print our boarding passes at the kiosks but it said we needed to seek assistance. We were misdirected to the ticketing/rebooking line which we sat in and watched the board change to boarding and later gate closing. There were only two agents at the desk helping the completely full queue. We were told that our reservation was apparently already changed to a later flight for some reason. Being delayed seven hours is a great way to start a honeymoon off."

Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Pros: "Arriving in Paris"
Cons: "They have a fare that does not charge for Regular Bags....we booked it unknown toy us assuming we each could take a regular bag for no charge....well we have ended up paying an extra 400+ pounds for our bags to go each way to Paris and it has ruined our first time to Paris. The fare online was foreign to us and deceitful being from the US in every way. No one could even work with us or was willing to make a decision but everyone seemed to agree while still charging. No more British Airways Deceipt!"

Cons: "There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands."

Cons: "I am not tall enough to reach the overhead compartments to place my bag inside. Two passengers kindly helped me on the return flight. On my last trip with BA a 6ft steward told me off for not being able to lift my case over my head and place in the overhead compartment. He refused to help me with my bag he said he had a bad back and I swore I would never fly British Airways again and I wouldn't have if I had realised that my return flight was with them. However, this time was different it was a good flight but if passengers don't help lift my case in the overhead locker in future I have no idea what I will do. I never have this problem with other airlines."
