Pros: The only thing to like was for the transatlantic flight they have a pretty nice selection of moves and show to watch.

Cons: Not enough space to write all the thing wrong here. I will never fly Aer Lingus again.

Cons: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Cons: Terrible Connecto in Frankfurt We had to run for 15mn to get our Singapore flight with no help from Lufthansa: poor service

Cons: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Cons: The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app

Pros: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Cons: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.

Pros: The seats were comfortable, entertainment during the long flight was very good.

Cons: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Cons: All of our luggage was lost and did not arrive in Prague
