Pros: Flight was on time, service onboard inspite of short flight, and the scenery of the Alps was breathtaking

Pros: Considering I'm still in Zurich since they rescheduled my flight for the next day I would say there is nothing positive to say at this point.

Cons: Due to over booking they did not wait for connecting flight and instead bumped me onto the next day flight so I would say they could have been more honest in their dealing.

Pros: comfortable seating, friendly helpful crew, good food

Cons: sometimes too cold sometimes too warm

Cons: Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position.

Cons: Flight delayed due to late arrival of aeroplane.

Pros: Nothing out of the ordinary but I am not going to fly Air Lingus or TAP ever again.

Cons: the Team Leader at the check in counter was nasty, Her colleague made the mistake of not telling me that I had to wait there for the wheelchair that was going to take me to the plane, so I went to have a light breakfast. Then I waited half an hour on my feet waiting for the wheelchair

Cons: The food. We waited too long to take off and there was no announcement why we were sitting on waiting...

Cons: Nothing, everything was exceptional

Pros: Front and rear boarding is nice, makes the process go a little bit faster

Cons: Seems stingy not to offer any free drinks on a flight, not even water. I'm glad the major US airlines have not started doing that. Checked bag fees are based on weight which is fair in a way, but annoying that I have to pack a travel scale and weigh it the night before to avoid being overcharged.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The last 4 flights with Aerlingus have all been at least 2 hours delayed to London. People give out about Ryan Air but I have been flying with them to France 2 a year for the last 4 years and I only had one delayed flight because of air traffic controllers

Pros: Quick boarding, kind crew

Cons: All food and drinks for a cost. I had to run to make it to my gate which was quite a distance and a shuttle ride away.

Cons: Forced to board a bus and sit in an empty terminal. Paid for priority boarding but wasn't called for it. Pretty disorganized. Good flight but gate crew needs work.
