We waited to takeoff for about 1 hour delay for a 20 min flight.

It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.

Quit making seats narrower and narrower. The guy beside me spilled over in to my seat.

I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

The control panel for the seat back screen did not work at all after takeoff.

Flight was diverted to Canberra because Not enough fuel to circle on Sydney’s skies waiting for showers to pass. After that everything went wrong. It took forever to put fuel. Once back rolling, we stopped short of takeoff because crew had reached maximum work hours per shift. Back to gate we waited and waited in the plane with no water and no food - a total of 4 hours. Received contrasting news about the follow up of our trip. Finally we disembarked but our luggage could not be processed there as not enough custom agents. We ended up on buses and arrived at Sydney airports after a 3 hours trip. There we had to queue in line with 240 more passengers to file a lost luggage claim. We received the luggage after 48 hours, many of which spent holding with non-existent United customer service. Never able to speak to an actual person during those long phone calls. Finally on a chatline I could talk to a baggage agent, who filed another report as our luggage did not appear anywhere in their system. Thus it was surprising to get it back.

The flight was short and that was the best part. The flight was about 90 minutes delayed.

Flight canceled due to weather. Rescheduled flight canceled due to maintenance. I’m stuck!

It was less than what is expected for a business class ticket I thought that the staff actively ignored me because I either looked Indian or Hispanic to them and I guess I did not deserve their attention. The food which included a beef entree was not available so not enough food was ordered for number of seats available. I will say experience in Greenwich lounge was very good and the staff there at the airport were very nice. May be your crew needs to learn about racial equity so that everyone gets either the same aweful treatment or hopefully the best treatment which is what we expect I recommend you take a flight with Singapore airlines that I have taken and the crew remember your last names and use it to address each person, food never finishes if you are at the back of business class and crew anticipate your need even before you articulate. Same price and 100 times better service than American Airlines

It was a horrible snow storm, but updates were inconsistent and the app never displayed a remotely accurate time or gate until very close to boarding.

Having issues traveling with AA for last two years, became a huge gamble

I will never fly again with AA seats suck. No power ports food was like a shelter trash

The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

The snacks were fine and I did not use the entertainment so the ratingvis more n/a than mediocre. Staff were good and boarding is easy in group 2

wifi not available unitl up in the air. Lost time to see movies.

At 11 pm, we were notified that our 6 am departure would be postponed until 7:28 am. Upon arrival at the terminal, this became 8:30 am. Additional deicing and atc delays, while beyond the control of the crew, had us running like maniacs through the DFW terminal where we made our international connection with literally minutes to spare. The utter incompetence and carelessness of Mesa Airlines almost ruined the beginning of our trip we had planned and booked many months in advance. We will absolutely avoid using them in the future at all cost.

My seat was dirty. No food for baby available. Crew were wonderful. Early boarding helpful with baby.
