Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..
Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!
The flight was delayed by 4 hours !!!!! It was very uncomfortable , and they told us only one our before departure
Planes were on time, we were offered opportunities to take seats in exit aisles that had better leg room, tasks offs and landings were smooth, we were kept informed of flight status
We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.

Check in and boarding were very easy. Quite good food and a complimentary glass of wine with dinner. The acoustics on the TV difficult at times, and the options extensive though not very updated.
Hard to get the movies offered on to the iPhone The staff and the plane was good amd spacious They charge for the Hand luggage :(
Poor on time performance. Flight was delayed due to a lightbulb. No updates from the pilot. Plane was dirty and hot, AC didn't work well.
We experienced an involuntary change of schedule. Had 1st class tickets from Fresno to Bonaire, put us in coach from Miami to Bonaire a few days later - terrible flight, try to get a refreshment , water or a meal and air. We will never be subject to that again. I'd rather fly another airline that honors 1st class. Adding insult to injury AA reimbursed my wife's ticket $106.66 for the change in seating, me nothing. Haven't heard back from Customer Service, don't expect to - it's only online, can't speak with a live person. So the difference between 1st class and coach for that portion of the flight is only $106.66? Really? I've flown Delta and United on the same route, will go back to one of them again.
This was a short flight handled by Hawaiian Airlines. Flight was late by about an hour. As it is so short, no food offerings other than the obligatory cookie and drink. Flight crew was great.
This plane is my favorite despite the very limited overhead space. Seats are comfortable!
American Airlines gets worse every time I fly them. This is the 3rd time they lost my bags in a year. I also think their employees do not care when I communicate that I’m unsatisfied with the airlines. I’m a credit card holder, fly first class, and an advantage member but I think that I’m finally going to make the switch to Delta.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
5 hours delay at departure was going to miss the connection to Tokyo in Chicago and no other flight that day
Using the wifi system was nice. Being able to actually connect to the internet, send and receive emails and text would be nice.
Everything went perfectly. Check-in, bag drop, etc. The flight and crew were excellent.
