Pros: "Seating and leg room much better than Ryan Air!"

Cons: "Flight delayed due to late arrival of aeroplane."

Pros: "The crew was amazing."
Cons: "My flight from ORD-DUB arrived late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid. I talked to an agent and they told us we would have to pick up our bags at a different carousel and then go to the ticketing agent for a new flight. 1 ticketing agent+3 hours of waiting = 1 pissed off traveler."

Cons: "Would have been excellent but it was 30mins late"

Cons: "Lost bags"

Pros: "Generally a smooth experience."
Cons: "The seats are too close together. Charging for drinks is out of character for a good airline. Go back to free non-alcoholic drinks."

Cons: "Should have included meals on flights that are 8hrs."

Pros: "Crew were very friendly and helpful."

Pros: "Seat was fine ! I was very thirsty and no free water.."
Cons: "Free drink/ water !!!"

Pros: "Well maintained and good friendly staff."
Cons: "Alcoholic drinks should be free."

Pros: "Quick, on time, professional."
Cons: "Shuttle transfers... I prefer direct to plane boarding."

Pros: "Food and entertainment"
Cons: "Service not friendly pillows are dirty no water service"

Pros: "Surprised it was as good as it was having read so much negative news about what British Airways had become"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "I was able to sleep the whole way!"

Pros: "When my flight was cancelled due to weather they got me on to another flight right away and I didn’t miss my connection. However I waited in line for an hour and a half, maybe I was lucky because I was near the beginning of the line. There was only one person for awhile helping re route people."

Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "Traveling for important business trip. Flight got canceled for “operational issues” and I Never received a notification from the airline or booking agency. I was told I couldn’t get a flight until 24-48 hours later. There were flights available through other airlines, so I asked if they could get me on one of those flights. I then sat on hold for 45 mins to be told that the airline wasn’t responding and the only thing they could do is refund me. I ended up purchasing a new round trip airfare 4 hours before departure which cost me $1000 more than what I paid for my original flights. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress during this period again with no help from the agents. I expect someone to get back to me regarding this and offer some options on how to make this situation right."

Pros: "First experience flying business class -- and Aer Lingus has it down to a science! Great food (maybe too much actually!), friendly attendants, great service -- and the most wonderful pods that allow you to lay out flat for a snooze, complete with duvets and pillows."

Pros: "Overall, a perfectly serviceable "domestic" (i.e. intra-EU) flight."
Cons: "Long check-in line at Aer Lingus desk at Munich Franz Josef Strauss due to one of two check-in agents apparently being late to work. This agent was also brusque to the point of rudeness when checking me in -- and was checking personal messages on her phone during the process."

Pros: "The flight itself was great"
Cons: "The lines to get on the plane were insane. We waited for over an hour to check our bags because the kiosks weren’t working. Our luggage gate closed at 1115 and they waited until 1130 to call us out of the line because it was last call. Then they proceeded to tell us that our luggage may not make it because we didn’t push people out of the way and throw down grandmas? Unorganized."

Pros: "Lights were on for the initial meal but relaxed for light breakfast snack."
Cons: "Cramped space and seats very uncomfortable. Terminal two not great either"

Pros: "Uneventful"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Friendly crew, clean and comfortable."
Cons: "Luggage control was a bit off, passengers criss crossing trying to find space. I think the crew could have managed that better."

Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "They lost my luggage. I was with my luggage and personal belongings the whole trip. Received my luggage 2days after returning home."

Pros: "Check in, boarding and flight all great"

Cons: "this flight was unnecessarily delayed. it was possible to have an earlier connection"

Pros: "Service on biz class."
Cons: "Too many boarding / customs lines in Dublin. They dumped all of my toiletries that I had carried across Europe."

Cons: "Why is it not possible to print a boarding pass from a phone? This cannot be an uncommon activity."

Cons: "this wasn't a BA flight.. it was air lingus and it was a disaster. shouldn't have been charged BA rates for this"

Cons: "My issue has more to do with after the flight, than the actual flight. My luggage was lost somehow between Heathrow and Shannon. The lack of communication I received from Aer Lingus, and the length of time it took for me to get the luggage was a bit ridiculous. I was never told what happened to the luggage and I was given the timeline to receive my luggage within 24 hours. Well it took over 48 hours to get the luggage. I was given specific timeframes to call the Shannon Airport Aer Lingus luggage desk, which I followed. Had to leave a message every time, and not once was it returned. The only communication I did get was calling the Shannon Airport directly and working with their employees. I could tell they were frustrated with me, which is completely understandable, because they weren't the appropriate people to communicate with. I was just very disappointed in the customer service."

Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "Slow crew service couldn't get coffee served beyond first 5-6 rows before landing. Crew just putting in time chatting with each other. Couldn't get boarding pass til morning of flight."

Pros: "comfortable flight."
Cons: "no vegetarian options for meal, unless arranged ahead of time...which was not an option."

Pros: "Friendly staff with excellent humour, and an efficiently short flight time."

Pros: "Food is poor!!! The vegetarian meals have no flavor"

Cons: "Ability to choose seats ahead of time was not streamlined."

Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "We just returned home to New York from our trip to Amsterdam and Ireland. The trip itself was amazing despite the sub par customer service we received from Aer Lingus that definitely put a damper on our vacation. Our flight on Wed July 19th from NYC to Amsterdam went off without a hitch until we claimed our luggage, my brand new suitcase was covered with stains. Very disappointing but we went on to enjoy our time in Amsterdam. The real problems began when we flew from Amsterdam to Dublin, first we were seated all over the plane and worst of all when we arrived my husband's bag was lost. We went to customer service and completed the paper work. Everything my husband had for the trip was in that bag. Aer Lingus only texted him once and after that he had to call every day to check the status of his bag. Instead of exploring Dublin, we had to spend Sunday shopping to get him clothes for the trip. No word from Aer Lingus. Monday morning July 24 he calls to find the status of his bag. It was found in Amsterdam and was to be flown to Dublin and shipped to our next stop in Kinsale. We arrived Monday evening to find that the bag had not been shipped. Again no word from Aer Lingus. My husband called to find out the status and made arrangements to pick the bag up when we were flying back to NYC. We were happy the bag was found but my husband still was without all of his belongings for our entire trip. On Thursday July 27 we arrived at the airport early to retrieve the bag before we checked in to our flight. We were dismayed to find that there was not a person to talk to but a phone on a column to call to get help retrieving the luggage. There was a queue at the phone with people ahead of us in similar situations. Finally someone came out to escort my husband to get his bag. We were traveling with our son, and again our seats were scattered about the plane. There was no one at checkin to help us, and we didn't get help at the gate. So we had to sit separately for the 6 hour and 30 minute flight. When we claimed our bags, my bag now had tears along with the stains. This was a brand new suitcase and it is now ruined. My husband says he will never fly Aer Lingus again and this was the worst customer service he has had in his life. The customer service was virtually non existent."

Pros: "Short flight to London"
Cons: "There was no boarding pass issued for the Lon - Ny trip. Additionally, when we arrived to London, there was no direct transfer from our landing gate to our departure gate forcing us to have to exit and then reenter. There was no ground avail to assist either. Since the dub - Lon flight was delayed, we have 60 min to get a boarding passes / re renter security / & had to run to the flight which was a mile all with a 2 yr old."

Pros: "Good attention to detail without being in your face... very prompt"
Cons: "..."

Cons: "Lost my luggage"

Pros: "The price and convenience was great, airline was well kept with minor technology issues. Restroom facilities were well kept and food was adequate (what airline food is really good?) turbulent flight but the pilot did a goood job maneuvering around."
Cons: "The headsets provided for international movies sound quality was very poor.my daughter and I found ourselves using a single prong (airline headsets require two one for each ear)headphones from our phone to listen to movies with only one in. One flight attendant was not pleasant and wound up spilling a full cup of water on my lap, followed by another hitting me with the food cart. I am a frequent traveler so for me this shouldn't sway anyone's opinion on a minor instance."

Pros: "Good movie selection, not bad food,"
Cons: "Flight arrival time, not a fan of the red-eye."

Pros: "I was comfortable enough to fall asleep before takeoff. No long lines or waiting"

Pros: "All was perfect"

Pros: "inflight entertainment uptions were good."
Cons: "check-in terrible, website was down, stuck in a window seat for over 9 hours. seats in main cabin are too small."

Cons: "My ticket was somewhat unclear on what airline i was flying to London. I thought it was British Airways when it was really Aer Lingus. Almost missed the flight being in the wrong terminal."

Cons: "They doesn't let me land and they doesn't give money back"

Pros: "Aer lingus was good and helpful"
Cons: "I don't have my bag"

Pros: "The fact that I could charge my i phone..."
Cons: "The lax attitude to service and customer satisfaction there was a problem with the entertainment system, took over an hour to get attention... But no positive resolution..."

Pros: "Friendly personnel. good movie selections."
Cons: "Rather slow to board. No free wine as on many other international flights."

Pros: "Crew members were very friendly."
Cons: "It would help to train them on how pour wine without spilling."

Pros: "Really nice crew and quite good food"
Cons: "BA business cabin "suite" concept makes the whole thing feel cramped and narrow, not to mention very inconvenient to move through with luggage (or at all). A serious miss from the BA interior designer."

Cons: "It was awful as to how uncomfortable the business class seats were. The seats were narrow and not much personal space. I would never pay to sit in business class on NA 3ver again."

Cons: "Wheel chair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates in Terminal 5"

Pros: "Seat confort"
Cons: "2 hours delayed, even tea has to be paid"

Pros: "It was overall officient, basically on time and comfortable"
Cons: "Getting off the ground took quite a while even though we arrived basically on time"

Pros: "My last answer should have mentioned that the airline I referred to was Loganair not British Airways. Coffee and a Tunnocks biscuit at no charge"

Pros: "Crew were great and we left and arrived slightly early which was nice"
Cons: "The in flight magazines and safety cards were ripped and damaged. Not a good look for the flag carrier"

Pros: "The crew was very helpful. Although delayed by nearly 3 hours the captain kept passengers up to date on the status."
Cons: "Aircraft is too cramped for search a long flight. It was very hot and the food was not good."

Pros: "quick boardling, good flight, enough personal space in business class"
Cons: "I do wish passengers would sit until the seatbelt signs are off and not all jump up and open the over heard bins and drop things"

Pros: "Crew cheerful"
Cons: "Beyond their control. Flight delayed 50 mins"

Cons: "there was a mechanical error which kept us on board the plane for 20 minute increments for nearly 3 hours until they had us switch planes"

Pros: "Boarding and on time departure."
Cons: "Nothing to dislike"

Pros: "Typical BA efficiency."
Cons: "What’s the difference between BA and EasyJet?"

Pros: "On time, all the staff were lovely at the terminals and on the plane"
Cons: "All goid"

Pros: "The captain was very apologetic and the crew were friendly."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour, meaning we arrived at almost midnight and for me and a few other people their electronic boarding passes did not work properly I was refused at the departures gate and told to go to the British airways counter to get a paper boarding pass printed out. I also saw some other people with British airways electronic boarding passes having similar problems."

Cons: "We where delayed for just over an hour"

Cons: "Too hot, meant to arrive 5 mins early but ended up 15 mins late as we sat on the runway for about half an hour without air conditioning."

Cons: "Delayed 30 minutes"

Pros: "No entertainment on the flight"

Pros: "Good flight. Friendly crew members. We checked our carry on because the flight was full and the attendants said that they wouldn’t have room for all the bags. Checking the bags was very easy and we got to board the plane first."

Pros: "BA overall service was good."
Cons: "Boarding at venice was a disaster. they changed gate without annoncing it in english. I am sure they did it in Italian but not every travel speaks italian. getting on bus to airplane was not organized at all. staff let people ahead of me taking their carry on bags larger than my normal size bag but asked me to check in mine. i thought perhaps i am amoung the last and there is no room left. how ever while i was waiting they let many others take their carry on with them. i explained them that i have expensive Murrano glass in my carry on and prefer not to check in or at least provide a tag to mark it fragile. response was that we are out of tag! and i have no choioce. i was very upset theway they trreated me and told them i will file a complain and took their picture. almost by the time i was getting on bus one of crew approached me with at Fragile tag to add to my bag. after all when i received my carry on bag in LAX many of my gifts were smashed and broken."

Pros: "Professional crew, comfortable seats with adequate legroom"
Cons: "No beverage without paying, extra bag fee, no jetway at Heathrow (bus to plane)"

Pros: "Very good aircraft!"

Pros: "All BA staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. My seat had more leg room than I was expecting (after a flight Seattle to Heathrow where my knees were jammed against the seat ahead of me."
Cons: "I was frustrated that I had to pay for either a cup of coffee or water. Since all healthcare providers recommend that one must drink water on a flight to stay hydrated and healthy, a complimentary bottle of water would have supported healthy travel. Due to a short layover in Heathrow, I had no time to fill my own water bottle."

Pros: "Helpful and courteous crew"
Cons: "N/a"

Pros: "Full flight, but still excellent courteous service from all members of staff."

Pros: "Only one layover in London"
Cons: "Emirates, Etihad flights I thought were a bit newer and better in terms of comfort and entertainment with more charging ports etc"

Pros: "On time, friendly crew"

Pros: "The website would not allow me to enter my passport details as I have PR status. As a result I could not select a seat of choice. it would be much better if PR details could be added when passport info is not accepted. The flight was fine"

Pros: "Flight as always great"
Cons: "Delay made me miss two meetings"

Pros: "Service"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "On time and the crew are nice"
Cons: "Boarding needs more organization and food need To improve and some entertainment"

Pros: "Cabin crew was amazing..... didnt mind the delay things happen"

Pros: "I left my phone accidentally on the plane when we arrived in Düsseldorf. The crew were willing to go back and pick up my phone for me."

Pros: "friendly crew"
Cons: "No refreshments (not even coffee or tea) on an international flight. I expect that from EasyJet but not BA."

Cons: "Price & food not so good."

Cons: "It would be nice to have a free juice or soft drink on this flight. They only offer free water, and then you have to ask for it."

Cons: "Bag didn't make it, and then the system to get it returned doesn't work as it should."

Cons: "I made the mistake of buying a no checked baggage ticket- they charged me more to check my bag than it cost me for the ticket (65 British pounds). How do they get away with this? Many passengers had carry-ons that probably weighed as much as my luggage, yet I have to pay a huge fee. Plus, extra charge to choose a seat, and not even a glass of water on the flight. Last time I choose to fly British Airlines."

Pros: "The BA agent after immigration did a wonderful job getting us on the next flight, which saved us from losing our entire vacation."
Cons: "The luggage took 45 minutes to arrive at which point we only managed to still get our rental car due to an extremely helpful Europcar agent. Otherwise, we would have been stranded at Glasgow airport overnight and would have lost our hotel reservation."

Pros: "Very attentive, kind caring"

Pros: "I did get to Glasgow"
Cons: "Boarding by bus, late, expensive, bag fee, no drink."

Pros: "I like the comfort of the BA planes even for such a short hop, efficient service and fast."
Cons: "Shame the service no longer includes a complimentary snack/drink, especially as the prices have not changed. Doesn't encourage brand loyalty, although on that route BA sadly have the monopoly."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "British Airways carrier American Airlines was not clearly notified on tickets/boarding passes/itineraries nor was there any communication between the carriers, so when I checked into British Airways I got no help expediting my check in at American. It was confusing and no one was helpful and instead flip. At American every interaction, whether about connecting flight boarding passes, my five and half hour delay or seating left me feeling unimportant and disrespected. I will never use either airline again nor Kayak"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "As like always late"

Pros: "Nothing, felt like I was back in the 80s"
Cons: "Old plane, had no port for usb cables, no tv on the back of each seat, no wifi. Flight from Philadelphia 5 days prior had it all."

Cons: "Not really friendly. Nothing to drink. My chair was broken so I couldn't really lean back."

Pros: "After a slight delay, the crew got everyone on board quickly, and we got off, making up some of the time we had lost. A real "greased landing" by the pilot, (I didn't know we were down till he hit the brakes)."

Pros: "Clean and comfortable"
Cons: "Nothing complimentary, no screens on exit row seats"

Pros: "Lovely crew, comfortable seats and bang on time."

Pros: "Great personnel and understanding staff at CPH airport"
Cons: "Not sure yet"

Pros: "Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)"
Cons: "Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority"

Pros: "On time, Professional crew."
Cons: "Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers."

Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "Boarding should have been smoother."

Cons: "More space, better air condition as way to hot on the plane. better drink service. Leaving on time and not 45 minutes later"

Pros: "Used tissue stuck in the seat from previous flight ."
Cons: "Cleanliness"

Cons: "They lost my stroller"

Pros: "The crow was very nice the flight was good"

Pros: "On time. No hitches."
Cons: "All I expected from a budget flight"

Pros: "It was a great flight staff A1 and beautiful flying from knock, hadn't done for years , hot paninis great food better than Emmirates I flew with over the Christmas"

Cons: "I had previously checked in on line to avoid the fee at the airport just to be charged the fee. It was very inconvenient and had to pay for something I had already paid for online. I’m very displeased and upset"

Pros: "Easy on off plane"
Cons: "N/a"

Pros: "Quick boarding no air bridge"
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "Boarding in Manchester was a disaster. Scanned boarding passes, let everyone down the stairs to the apron, only for to be told to come all the way back up the strairs again because of a change of aircraft. Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin."

Cons: "Late, dirty and not properly stocked..."

Cons: "While going through security, Ryan Air misplaced my husband's shoes, which caused us to miss our flight. We then had to paid €100 each to get on a flight to Manchester 2.5 hours later & then we had to take 2 trains from Manchester to Liverpool We missed our tour in Liverpool & had to pay £45 for it anyway."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Filthy seats and pull down trays and chaos boarding as people being asked to change seats"

Pros: "Liverpool airport, flight"
Cons: "Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again."

Pros: "Landing at Liverpool to get off the plane"
Cons: "A 3 hour delay. Unruly passengers."

Pros: "On time departure and arrival Cheap low fares Effiencent helpful staff"
Cons: "Expensive water on board"

Pros: "No frills basic flight, works perfectly for short flights."
Cons: "Coming back to cold weather"

Pros: "Price! Fast and efficient boarding, flights were all on time."
Cons: "Onboard food quite expensive to buy."

Cons: "Delayed"

Cons: "Very unimpressed with Kayak. Was contacted to pay more money than originally sold due to their speed of service between me buying via kayak and them contacting Ryanair. Flight was absolutely fine but kayak service awful."

Pros: "To really enjoy flying budget carriers, it’s imperative to purchase upgrades like more seat room and premier boarding. It’s so worth it!"
Cons: "It was snowy and windy when we boarded, a jetway would have been better."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Needed to catch connecting flight after Milan to Liverpool flight .. which was Liverpool to Belfast.. already delayed couple days due to weather.. long story short - they put tags on bags to put in hold which meant I wouldn’t catch connecting to Belfast as I’ve have to wait at carousel (Dublin not operating due to snow) , explained my story that I needed to catch this flight in order to have any chance of making uncles funeral but she completely ignored it, and said that’s not my problem!! Couldn’t believe my ears.. Disgusting behavior"

Cons: "Notification of flight cancellation even though the flight departed on twitter. Flight should have been cancelled as no transport links to Dublin Airport due to adverse weather."

Pros: "Fast, efficient, no stress So Glad that Ryanair did away with unallocated seating No passport control at Liverpool meant my time from landing to home including picking up checked luggage was 20 mins."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each."
Cons: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"

Pros: "Once boarded it was very smooth"
Cons: "Over 3&a half hours delay was sooooo painful"

Pros: "Cheap as chips and only took an hour instead of 90 mins; happy out!"

Pros: "Ryanair prices are good. You do have to keep in mind to pack light as they do charge for any bag that cannot be brought onto the plane."
Cons: "Would like to have one bag checked for free."

Pros: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."
Cons: "No drinks for free. It would be nice to get at least a glass of water. But it is understandable that low budget- short flights are not offering such services anymore."

Pros: "Be on time Inform Offer discounts if so late"
Cons: "Very late, late + insufficient info about it, no entertainment no offer to reimburse/make good on it"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Checked in online paid for checkin bag. Still charged for this but then told we didnt check in and charged another 50 euros each"

Pros: "I like how short the flight is"
Cons: "the boarding process seemed frazzled and not organized. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I am hesitant to fly with you again. I also paid more in baggage costs than my actual fare."

Pros: "Nothing . I wish there was an option for 0 stars"
Cons: "They charged 3 times more on the actual ticket for CHECK-IN at the airport and PRINTING BOARDING PASSES. Sent us to the cashier two times separately to pay for checkin bags and for the boarding passes. When we did not understand the extra round trips to the cashier the agent yelled at us. If you must fly RyanAir -make sure you pay for every thing on line ahead of the tIme and unless you are a back packer do not think you are getting a bargain price."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats"

Cons: "I had the boarding pass on computer, but was unable to print. Took a long time to finally get one from one of the agents."

Cons: "I have been traveling international with spotty wifi and apparently if you check into your flight less than 2 hours (not standard with most airlines) I was charged nearly double the actual ticket price. I will never fly this airline again!"

Cons: "I have been traveling international with spotty wifi and apparently if you check into your flight less than 2 hours (not standard with most airlines) I was charged nearly double the actual ticket price. I will never fly this airline again!"

Pros: "Just whet I had booked a flight to and from Barcelona."
Cons: "On the way out they ran out of drinks, on the way home we couldn't here the staff over the tannoy."

Pros: "no delayed, staff helpful"

Pros: "When I paid for the upgraded priority seat, why did the crew give the seat next to me away for free? Shouldn't he pay just like we had to? She said it was because he has long legs. Well, so does my husband and we paid for that seat in 1-A and 1-B. So, the man who took 1-C proceeded to be rude and rest his arm on mine the entire trip. FAIL!"
Cons: "When I paid for the upgraded priority seat, why did the crew give the seat next to me away for free? Shouldn't he pay just like we had to? She said it was because he has long legs. Well, so does my husband and we paid for that seat in 1-A and 1-B. So, the man who took 1-C proceeded to be rude and rest his arm on mine the entire trip. FAIL!"

Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "There was my first flight in Ryanair. My cell phone didn't work well, specially email and I didn't check in on Ryanair before flight. Additional, I travel with oversize luggage by theirs standards. Then I paid the price almost 3 times more for that flight, so be prepare before boarding on low budget airlines."

Cons: "Extremely expensive to check your bags. If you prepay and the weight is over, you have to pay an additional 10 Euro for each kilogram over."

Pros: "The airport was great"
Cons: "Flight was late leaving, the airport kept changing gates so people were running back and forth, a lot of turbulence in flight."

Pros: "Quick easy boarding."
Cons: "2 Bachelourette parties were on the flight, they boarded already drunk. Singly loudly and shouting profanities across the plane. The cabin crew did nothing to discourage this and started selling them more alcohol. The 50 minute flight was spent trying to block out the screaming and shouting from these two groups."

Pros: "Personnel is very friendly. Priority boarding is indeed priority boarding. Reserving your seat really makes a difference. Total extra cost: 66€."
Cons: "It's not really a comfortable way of travel; it's like taking the bus instead of a train. But this we knew up front, of course. I was a little surprised by the total price, because everything costs extra."
