Seat next to me was vacant, so I had more room. Flight from Dublin to Orlando was delayed at start over one hour because the plane had not been serviced or fueled. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Food was poor and complimentary snack and fluids were minuscule.

Cons: "The only complaint I have was the bag dropoff counter. There was one person, checking in 9 airlines! A second person came after awhile, and they were amazing, polite and very efficient. But the wait to get to the counter was not acceptable. Even tho' we were fourth in line, they began calling people from the back for another, I guess, earlier flight, different airline. Understandable, but frustrating for those of us who arrived early, but had to wait. Otherwise, flying Aer Lingus was a pleasure."

However I waited in line for an hour and a half, maybe I was lucky because I was near the beginning of the line. There was only one person for awhile helping re route people."

The 2 hour trip seemed longer than the 6 hours it took to get to Dublin. The food service never even asked my row if they wanted to buy drinks/ food, even though my seat neighbor clearly put their tables down in anticipation of getting something to eat/ drink. A set of travelers had difficulty comprehending the rules about sitting in the exit row, and the stewardess was not very helpful, but looked angry and exasperated."

Cons: "I was told that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. When I got on the plane I found that the overhead bins were ample sized for my hiking pack. I know that British Airways has a policy regarding bags in overhead bins that basically says 'if you cannot lift your bag into the overhead bin un-assisted, you must check your bag.' My husband and I are both experienced hikers, we lifted our packs unassisted on the last plane, yet they forced us to check our bags. I'm glad our bags made it to the UK, but this is literally the first time I've checked a bag and had it arrive. Also, the boarding passes sent to me on my phone were rejected by almost every security/boarding check. This is after BA supposedly fixed their error with the previous boarding passes. Overall not pleased with the experience but glad I paid under $300 for my ticket."

The flight to Glasgow also took of late arriving at 2310 local. Europecar were great hired a Mercedes E220 with a gps to complete the journey to Edinburgh, at a cost of 600GBP for 3 1/2 days including fuel. Arrived 8hrs late, seriously affecting sleep patterns and ruining an already tight schedule. BA could have met us exiting ac from LAS in T5 explained situation, new boarding cards etc, total fail, should have booked flight with Lufthansa to EDI via Frankfurt for 600USD less. BA Staff comments such as " I'm sorry I haven't been trained for this situation, I can't help you after 40 minutes" etc Total lack of staff available and able to assist, super poor knowledge, massive queues not moving."

They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Not sure Ryanair is really worth the “cheap” flights with all the add ons and hassle."

Cons: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."

Pros: "The flight was on time, checkin was easy and the flight got me from point A to B for a reasonable flight"
Cons: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."
Pros: "The crew were very friendly and very helpful with my sister struggling with her baggage due to her breaking her arm a few weeks ago. The crew on the ground at Shannon and on-board the flight could not do any more for us."
Cons: "The seating arrangements whereby we had to pay extra to sit together despite us booking the three tickets all at the same time. Ryanair are over-charging their customers with these hidden charges which are only declared at the check-in stage"
Pros: "It was all good, if I had to find a negative point, I'd say it was a very old plane.... I felt a bit like being in a scene from back to the future when I got in the cabin. Other than that it was a rather pleasant flight. Well done."
Pros: "Arriving on time"
Cons: "Ground staff rudely asked me to check if my bag fits. I kindly showed them my list (on the phone) of more than 40 recent flights. I travel twice per week for business. They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."
Pros: "The crew . Very sweet cabin crew ,new 737 ,with lots of “snazzy lights"

Cons: "-On 20/12/2017 the flight was expect at 09:50 it was delayed until midday. -On 05/01/2018 I had received a message(on my mobile phone) to confirm my return and I try many times to do it without success. so i did my best to trying to call the number 080000834000 and the person who attended my call ask me to repeat several times which it make me disappoint. So i have to paid 50. 00 euros for it and plus I had to pay 40.00 euros for each suitcase (total 2 suitcases = 80.00 euros) Which i suppossed i had been paid when i booked my holidays, and no much information has been given in it. in the end too expensive. I will look at other low cost airlines in the future."
Pros: "Everything was perfect, the crew das very helpful and the pilar very kind and he explained everything pretty well. No complaints."

Cons: "Boarding was slow, seats not together unless you pay, uncomfortable seats, park up in poor location meaning you have to go up and down steps. Not good with push chair"

Cons: "Too pricey for hold luggage so everyone is taking hand luggage and not enough room on flight. My legs were really sore I felt uncomfortable and squeezed in."
Pros: "I had a good flight either way. Some turbulence, what you might call 'a controlled crash landing' on the way back to Stansted."
Cons: "The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."

Cons: "Seats very hard on the new slimline seats. Boarding in Pisa was chaotic"

Cons: "Boarding, very slow and a bit late as was takeoff"
Cons: "We were stuck on the ground for an hour. Not impressed."
Pros: "fast boarding, friendly ground & plane staff, no pedantic messing around with on board luggage...easy, cheap & overall remarkable value"
Cons: "nothing bad on this flight...I now have to write another 50 characters which is a bit silly"
