Cons: The flight attendants were just awesome. First time flying with Aer Lingus and I must say they are my favorite airline henceforth

Cons: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service...

Cons: Opodo messed up my booking. I reached the airport only to find out that the booking was cancelled by Opodo though I received an email from Opodo 24 hours before advising me to check in on the flight. As I was busy with some construction work at home I thought I would check in at the airport. Opodo advisors were not helpful on the phone and I ended up missing a family get together due to their incompatibility.

Cons: Only item that could be better is quality of onboard entertainment.

Cons: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Cons: Boarding a plane this size at gate c21 ridiculous due to lack of space. Business class cabin is dated and seats not so comfortable. Food was mediocre at best.

Pros: The crews are so friendly, especially the leg from Heathrow to Los Angeles. Smiling and don't making faces.

Pros: I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the aircraft and the disregard of the aircraft overall. It was quite old, fair enough, but there where some missing pieces here and there that didn’t make me feel safe. The flight overall was good, British Airways crew are always very competent and professional, which is the reason why I mainly fly with BA. But this is the first time I had some concerns on the lack of safety checks especially because I travelled with my 2 years old son.

Cons: Please see answer above. The aircraft should have been maintained.
