I noticed that passengers could actually make out pa announcements both at PDX and in flight. Doesn’t bother me anymore when I can’t but can be very concerning to anyone who rarely flies. Never understood going to the trouble of making announcements both pre-boarding & on-board pre-flight, that no one can even make out. That was not an issue here."
Cons: "Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance."

Pros: "I had much admiration for the 2 sets of parents of 2 screeching babies who were basking in total oblivion as to the aggravation their little bundles of joy were creating among the 100 other passengers. To be that insensitive to others is quite a feat. What could they have done, you ask? When my children got unruly on flights (very rarely) my wife whisked them off to the bathroom until they were calm. It's what responsible parents do. Not sit and smile at you. And when we reached Munich, we waited more than a half hour for luggage that came in spits and spurts... It was the perfect final flourish to a miserable 12 plus hours on your airline. I'm thrilled at the prospect of my return to LA next week and what surprises may be in store for me!"

Pros: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Cons: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."
Cons: "Worst flight experience I've ever had and I'm 70+ years old. In Dublin we were diverted from JFK to Hartford due to "mechanical problems" and told we'd be met at the gate and provided ground transportation to JFK. Approximately 30 others going to either JFK or Boston were told the same thing and joined us on a half empty flight to Hartford. When we landed there was no representative at the gate, no ground transportation provided, and no effort to help us. A little investigation on cell phones revealed both the Boston and JFK flights left on time (and I'm guessing full). Needless to say the customers were quite upset. Some even raised their voices which caused the kid representatives of Aer Lingus to call the state troopers (really). When the troopers did nothing the Aer Lingus reps locked themselves in their office rather than deal with their customers. After 2 hours of waiting for the promised ground transportation we gave up, rented a car, and drove ourselves to our destination at our own expense. We were never provided even a free drink. Horrible. Lies upon lies upon lies. I'll never consider flying with them again"

Boarding gate time posted on boarding pass from DUBto SFO as gate closing at 10:25 am when flight left at 12:30pm. We ran to gate to be told the gate won’t open for boarding until 11:40. While at DUB going to LHR none of the Aer Lingus staff told us we were to go to British Airways terminal until we got to counter. Why couldn’t there be advance notice?Aer Lingus is lame. This was my first & last time I fly Aer Lingus."

The Aer Lingus flight was fine, but Vanama, the middle agency that youhave processed my tickets through- caused me a lot of stress. The daybefore my flight, I was trying to check in, and I received a message thatmy reservation was cancelled. I called Vanama, who rudely put me on morethan 30- minute hold on the phone, told me that Aer Lingus would not dealwith them, but the customer directly. I told him(Daniel of Vanama) that Ihave paid for my fare, that it was their responsibility, not mine to dealwith the airline. Never-the-less I tried calling the Airline, severaltimes, and listened to their own voice messages up to 2 in the morning ofthe day of my flight. Lacking sleep, and still not packed, I went to bed, went very early to the Madrid airport. I knew by the look on the AerLingus(Cristina) staff that there was a problem---she went ahead issued mea boarding pass, told me to go to the ticket counter in Dublin, and ask forhelp. After going from one floor to another, and another, to twodifferent staff-the problem sorter at Aer Lingus told me, Vanama never issued the ticket. That they should not have let me board the plane in Madrid, but he said he took care of the mess. Now you want to know how my flight went."

Cons: "Aer Lingus partners with UNITED for the Newark-Orlando leg. Flight was overbooked by 20 people and another 20 were on standby. My luggage didn't travel with me so it didn't arrive in Orlando when I did. I was fortunate that it made the next flight so I only had to wait an hour. Some fellow Irish passengers weren't so lucky."

Cons: "The main problem was that where I was sitting was to cool. All three women in my row were cold. At one point about half way through it warmed up but then it cooled down again. I was wearing a fleece jacket & had a blanket but was still cold. Of course row 28 sees a lot of traffic & noise from the lavatories so that wasn't fun but the cold was the main problem."

For example my wife’s headphone socket was broken, and therefore no in flight entertainment. But we managed. It was reported to the crew and they immediately set about recording it for attention at next maintenance and changed our seats, so no complaints there. A few of the entertainment screens are scratched, and the controls faulty. But still usable with a little perseverance."

Cons: "In-flight entertainment didn't work at first, and then when it started, kept on threatening to shut itself down every time I moved. The selection was ok but nothing compared to other airlines. The screen was tiny and low resolution. The seats were old - the same ones as when BA introduced their premium economy back in 2000. The aircraft was desperately in need of a refresh."

One would not stop talking to me even though I had ear plugs in and my eyes closed(it was an overnight flight), and the other took up a lot of space. I guess that's not the airlines fault but it would be nice if international flights were more spacious without costing a small fortune."

Adequate wine/spirits/beer/coffee etc selection but very irritating you have to ask each time for champagne. Food on board: steak for dinner (from CW menu) over cooked/ruined, as ever. Other airlines can do this fine, unclear why BA chooses not to. Very pleased I didn't pay for CW and got served this. Breakfast is from economy, so plastic utensiles, no table cloth etc. I hate this inconsistent service. Entertainment system clunky and appears dated. Under seat entertainment boxes restrict legroom in most seats (in WTP)."

We will NEVER USE HETHROW AIRPORT AS A CONNECTING POINT AGAIN - EVER!!!!!!!!!"
Cons: "Both when waiting in line to board and on the plane, the staff was acting like they were headmasters checking on passengers who had too much carryon. I understand that this is a problem for the airline but they should train their people to act in a friendly manner. There are different ways to say the same thing. Big turn-off at the beginning of the flight, which was an hour late due to weather conditions."

Cons: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."

Cons: "I absolutely hated this trip. In order to check in i had to have my tickets on my phone. Even though I knew my confirmation number. We were told to go to a terminal to get our ticket printed out. I checked in early online so that was weird. We went to the terminal and couldn't figure out how to print it out. After about 20 minutes we got upset and left the terminal to get help. A guy told us he could print off our tickets 37€ to get a flight ticket printed off. He worked for Ryanair. He said if I pull it up off my phone I could get it with an email. Unfortunately I'm a tourist and don't have signal in that country and the wifi was conveniently not operational. I was to to try a local cafe to use wifi. I went to the cafe used their WiFi and then pulled my ticket online. I brought it to the guy who needed my ticket. I asked to check my luggage on. She said I couldn't because my luggage was broken because on my flight to Athens it came back to me broken. Frustrated I walked off to security in Athens. I went to go to my gate and looked at the ticket. The ticket didn't even have my gate on there. I searched on the board for my flight to come on in English but everything was moving too fast so it took 10 minutes to do. I finally found the gate I needed to go to and left. By this time 1hr and 30 minutes we're expended before I got to even security. I got to security and through my backpack containing my camera equipment onto the scanner taking my laptop out. They kicked the back back saying I had to take all my gear out of the back so they can scan it. ( I mean what's the point of a scanner anyways) they they told me to open up my lenses to see inside.... Like what?! I did that so he could look into my lenses. Then he asked me to open up my laptop so he could see inside the laptop.... Again... Seriously?? You have a scanner. Then they told to take all my hygiene products including my expensive calone I put in my bag that was intended for check luggage and throw it away. Because my luggage was broken and wasn't able to go on the plane I lost about $100 of hygiene products. Let me tell you I also work in Africa.... I can't get hygiene products anymore. We began boarding the plane. The ticket on my phone wasn't able to be scanned and see had to put the number in manually. Then we got to the plane and told us to leave my luggage at the bottom of the stairs to be put into the plane with the checked luggage. My broken luggage that wasn't accepted for check luggage was now checked luggage just without all the important items I needed -_- worst airline and airport ever. Never fly with them."
Pros: "Crew were pleasant"
Cons: "Seats too small and too close together. It arrived late, and claimed to be "on-time". Our luggage disappeared for 15 mins while later arrivals got theirs before us."
Pros: "If you like be herded around like cattle, and having no apology even when your flight is late, then you've come to the right place."
Cons: "Late flight. Family scattered around cabin in different seats. Completely unnecessary."
Pros: "Flight landed 15 min early which was great but that's only because a lot of people have been complaining about their delays so they had to make it up in some way. I had to pay $50 for my luggage bc Ryanair believes that when you fly you should be empty handed. Smart crew we got going..."
Pros: "Once boarded it was very smooth"
Cons: "Over 3&a half hours delay was sooooo painful"
Pros: "Cheap as chips and only took an hour instead of 90 mins; happy out!"
Pros: "Ryanair prices are good. You do have to keep in mind to pack light as they do charge for any bag that cannot be brought onto the plane."

Pros: "I was very disappointed with checking in because I wasn't informed about checking in online. I had to pay an additional €150 and it's sad that you have to find ways to make extra money on us passenger's. Your rates are low but the extra fees cost more than the airfare. then when were ready to board they said my carry on was too big, which it was not and the stewardess wanted to charge us extra fee but when she realizes that it wasn't too big she still wanted to take our luggage because there was no room on the plane. In fact we got on the plane and there was plenty of room for our carry on I am hoping that Ryanair will do the right thing and reimburse us the extra 150 we were charged for not doing the online check-in that once again I was not aware of because I never received an email or a text as she stated I should have received. This is NOT right how you have low rates then we are forced to pay all the extras."
Cons: "I don't like how Ryanair charges a low fee but then adds all these extra fees because you didn't check-in on LINE etc. Snack or beverage was never offered and your hostess were NOT at all friendly."
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "I had problems with my boarding pass. The person at the counter was not just unhelpful but actually rude. The boarding process was a mess!"
Cons: "An obnoxious hen party disrupted our enjoyment of the flight. Cabin crew didn't try to control them"
Pros: "Crew is friendly. Food and bevarede service was offered three times in a short period of time. This time they allowed to take a hand bag together with the hand luggage which they wouldn't allow in the past"
Cons: "Complicated checkin online since I booked through last minute.com and not directricly with Ryanair. I am concerned that each time when Ryanair lands they immediately proceed with the next boarding without taking enough time to check all the security measures"
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats"

Cons: "The plane was faulty so we had to change aircrafts and ended up leaving 2.5hours later than scheduled"
Cons: "There was no window! Weird."

Cons: "It took way too long for us to get into our flight, then one of my friends was told she was okay to bring her luggage on the airplane as a carry on but then when we got in line to board she had to go back and pay the €30 fee. This made the situation a lot more stressful. Also, there is just way too many fees for an only hour long flight from Santorini to Athens. I will not fly ryanair ever again."
Cons: "You charged us for 4 bags, not 2. When we spoke On line your rep said that it was not refundable. We only had 2 bags and will definitely dispute this charge with our credit card company. Also, check-in online is very difficult- as is getting the boarding passes. Finally, we did not BUY and, I think out is spite, you put us 30 seats apart I know this is an economy airline-but we had NONE of these problems with WIZZ airline. 2 people should be able to sit together without paying an extra money. Your extra charges are really ridiculous."
Pros: "Cheap fares."
Cons: "The airline is dependent on tacking you with extra fees from extra baggage or denying you boarding so that you eventually have to pay more. If you depend on this type of service as an airline they should never be in the business period."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Anytime I felt asleep I was poking by the crew member running around the plane to sell food, scratch cards etc. When I asked for a glass of water I received an answer which states that water is impotable. What a shame. They force you to buy whole bottle."
Cons: "£50 x2 charge for not being checked in We checked in 24hrs before hand but they said it wasn't on the system When we checked in we checked our bags in and choose our seats. Absolutely disgusting a £17 flight ended up over £200"

Pros: "We were lucky enough to get first row so seats were unexpectedly comfy. Cabin crew were kind to us, which is unusual with Ryanair. Time between landing and exiting the airport of Vitoria was about 2minutes, perfectly convenient."
Cons: "There was quite a lot of chaos on every single step of the flight: queue to board was disorganized and split; cabin luggage was moved, stored, removed, restored, and discussed about... In any case, the flight itself was fine."
Cons: "They never gave me a gate number and we ended up going to the wrong gate and missing our flight... We even asked for one and said it was our responsibility... Also we were charged 90 dollars for not registering online 2 days in advanced"
Pros: "The crew was friendly and helpful. I like that food was offered, even though I was on a fairly brief flight."
Cons: "Many passengers had to check carry-on luggage just before boarding because there was not enough space. Also, the space inside the plane is the smallest I have seen. Getting in and out of your seat during the flight is very difficult and awkward,"
Pros: "Overall was fine."
Cons: "The chairs are way far be replaced as they are extremely uncomfortable. Thanks anyway and all the best"
Pros: "Mostly the price. I hated the way we boarded, it was freezing cold and we had to walk outside to get a smoky bus."
