Primary flight attendant in FC wasn't that engaged throughout the flight. All other aspects of flight were good.

Little communication with passengers after sitting over 1 hour for a maintenance issue Then we had to deplane- no crew communication Poor gate information after deplaned WiFi would not connect AT ALL

Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.

The boarding process, airplane, entertainment, beverages and crew were very good. But the food left a lot to be desired, especially for business class. I had a chicken breast that was tough and rubbery, with little flavor. It wasn't even up to the proverbial "banquet chicken" standards. Very disappointing. There was only one offering of bread, OK, not a huge deal, but it's a nice touch to be offered more. Similarly, other airlines' crews come by to offer more drinks, though the crew responded when asked. Good flight overall, but the food just wasn't up to the standards you'd expect.

No AC, no beverage service and no explanation from the captain. 4 flight legs in 2 days with no internet service.

The gate experience at LAX was abysmal (same for the arrival experience two days prior). Despite the LAX -> SAT schedule of two flights daily, our departure gate was at a smaller hub that we had to be bussed to from Terminal 4. Fortunately, I arrived at LAX extra early and had time to spare, but if I had not known, I might have missed my flight. I looked at the LAX airport map in the AA app and there was no indication of the additional boarding process. Lastly the gate area we were bussed to was crowded with limited food and beverage options. On flight, the fight attendant was hospitable and attentive, the flight was smooth, and AA's free (and working) wifi for AA members were all on the positive side.

Got home at 3am after deboarding the plane. No compensation offered by American

Awkward carry on process. Forced to check all carry on. No overhead space of worthiness. Left delayed, but made up the time. Crew was amicable.

Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!

entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.
