Will never fly American Airlines business class again. Medicore service and very old aircraft.
Staff went above and beyond with their care for us. Flight attendants were very attentive to our needs. Food seemed too rich and too salty. Flight was fine, even with turbulence at points.
It all went very smoothly, love the new planes and cabin crew upbeat and friendly Food ok, but that is the hardest part of it all
Finnair was ok. But some things were pretty bad: 1. Crew was not friendly, especially a crew member named, Maria. She woke me up while I was deep asleep by force just to let me know that 2 people can’t be on the same seat (my toddler and me) for sleeping. 2. There was no vegetarian option in the menu so I had to eat bread for one meal 3. They didn’t have an option for child meal
The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.
Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.
Late, dirty cabin, charging ports broken, uncomfortable, no tomato juice, barely edible food

Rude Iberia security crew at the Madrid terminal. No Iberia officials to be found to redress complaints at the gate. No supervisors. Nothing for processing upgrades at the gate Iberia app did not work to let me upgrade my options to higher classes. No water was offered on a hot day in Madrid. Madrid airport air conditioning was so weak that people were sweating. Never book on any airlines that codeshare with Iberia.
The plane from Venice to Dublin ran out of food. They did not restock the plane in Venice.
It was very refreshing being in a nice and clean plain, with pillows and earphones that you don’t have to pay for, with warm food and beverages and a very nice crew
The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.
Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.
The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.
Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly
We missed that flight, and I am hoping that we will got the refund. It was very confusing to figure out about Aer Lingus operated by American Airlines. Then we bought another more expensive ticket to travel.
Everything was great!! I had no problems!! I would fly Aer Lingus again! 🥰
The flight from Cincinnati to Philadelphia was satisfactory and uneventful.
Aer Lingus was fabulous.nhowever, Aiirfare Assist who Kayak routes me to to purchase tickets for m was awful. They messed up my reservation so bad that after about six hours on the phone with them over the week before departure, I had been choice but to show up at the airport. The Aer Lingus staff were amazing and got it sorted out but I would recommend not using Airfare Assist.
I sat in seat 22D near the back right of the plane. My phone battery was getting low, so I plugged my charger into the power outlets below the seats in front of me. They did not work. When I asked the flight attendant whether this was the case for the whole plane he said, "No. It's only this one. It hasn't worked for months". This should be noted to whomever services this plane so that maintenance can fix this for future passengers. I was on Flight AA5614 from Grand Rapids to Philadelphia on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight with American that has been without problems. Mostly delays - this time for over 3 hours. They should have just brought another plane into the terminal but they just had everyone sitting around misterable all day. They turned a 3 hour flight into a 12 hour trip for me (including the “planned” layover). It was ridiculous.
The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.
My flight depature was changed. Then it was delayed, and then cancelled after I reached the gate.I paid $231 for a hotel room that I didn't get to use because I arrived 24 hours later than I was suppossed to. My wife had to pick me up from the airport and I had to pay for an another ride back to the airport the next day. They did get me faster/ priority through TSA. The 2nd flight was okay
The bathrooms for most part were staying clean. The food on the flight was terrible used to be better and the crew was not always friendly, barking orders for no reason. On the short flight, the food/snack was not even offered, and if you want to have a water, you have to come and ask.
It was significantly delayed. Also the admirals club in Philadelphia airport near Gate B is absolutely filthy. Good was on the floor. Flies on the cheese. And the men’s restroom had pools of urine on the floor. I am not using that lounge again.
It was good overall. On my transition from Philadelphia to Boston,the gate information wasn't correct. When I went to check the gate information; I found out that my flight was boarding clear across the airport at another gate. Fortunately I rushed over there and made it on time while they were in the middle of boarding.
For the first time in all my travels I found the arm rests very inadequate and painful. The arm rest between me and the passenger to my left was thin and didn’t support either of us. On the right side, (window side) the armrest was thin and short causing me pain mid-arm.
We were treated politely and the crew was nice. Again no one knew why there was a delay. Food was hot and a lot was offered but bad in taste. Seats weren’t the worst but for a long flight your legs ache from it. Entertainment was old not very interactive
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

The crew on AA international flights in my experience are generally lazy, rude, and inefficient. These guys did not disappoint.

Plane arrived late to gate, staff at Philadelphia had no sense of urgency to get people on the plane. Boarding took 15 min longer than it should have because despite 4 staff working at the gate, only one was scanning tickets while the others sat talking to each other.
When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.
Ability to select seating would be nice. We were family of three and they had us seated back to back and one of us on the other side of the plane??? That is pretty goofy. Especially when tickets were placed two months in advance.
How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.

Thanks to a delay of an hour of my flight to Philadelphia on American Airlines I missed my connecting flight to Amsterdam. On arrival at Philadelphia he crew on the delayed flight did not ask the passengers to let connecting passengers get off first and I arrived a few minutes after boarding was closed at the original time for the flight to AMS, this despite the fact that I had received a message from American Airlines that departure was delayed by 25 minutes. Overall very poor service, no effort from the part of American Airlines to accommodate the passenger, just rebook the flight for the next day.
I liked my seats on the return trip. Didn't like having to pay for luggage on an international flight. Also didn't like that it was on American airlines and not British Airways. I specifically selected a BA flight to experience that airline.
Somone switched seats to sit near friend causing us to be disconnected (3) business class. Very disappointed. Staff did nothing.
The flight crew was kind, flexible, and accommodating. The seats on the plane were extremely uncomfortable.
Besides having a LONG layover in Philadelphia to begin with, our flight was delayed and left late. We spent 7 hours in the Philadelphia airport after being in the air 7 hours from Portugal to Philly. It turned into a 24 hour day of travel which was exhausting. I know you can't help weather but our layover was difficult as my husband is handicapped. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with his wheelchair tho!!
When we arrived at the airport - 1st step - printing out your boarding pass - no issue. Not long lines as these machines. 2nd step - processing your bag drop off. There was only one associate there to help 10 kiosks. We had a family in front of us for 20 minutes trying to work on the machine and figure out every step for 4 pieces of luggage. My husband alerted the associate who was able to assist the family. Highly suggest that there are more associates to assist in this process. Besides this issue, security check went very quickly. Our flight was direct to Philadelphia. We had to carry our bags down two flights of steps, then out to the tarmac to a bus, then carry our bags up two flights of stairs to the plane. No one on the flight was expecting that long trek. I could see some people were struggling a bit. All in all - great flight crew, plane was clean and food was great!
The company that I bought my tickets through, Cheapflightsfares, failed to provide my confirmation information in a timely manner, so I was unable to check on at the country and therefore unable to make my flight. As a matter of fact, I STILL have not received the confirmation. After having read more and more reviews about the company, Cheapflightsfares appears to have scammed hundreds of hopeful travelers out of thousands of dollars. Please look into this company and, for the sake of anyone planning their next trip, stop allowing them to do business through you.
The plane was known to be late in advance of takeoff. My guess is that it was known to be late at 11am or 5 hours before scheduled takeoff time. We were late to leave and with a wheelchair and the a cart, we only made it to gate. We raced! Inside plane, all was great
