The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.
Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.

Rude Iberia security crew at the Madrid terminal. No Iberia officials to be found to redress complaints at the gate. No supervisors. Nothing for processing upgrades at the gate Iberia app did not work to let me upgrade my options to higher classes. No water was offered on a hot day in Madrid. Madrid airport air conditioning was so weak that people were sweating. Never book on any airlines that codeshare with Iberia.
Great if not for the boarding by bus at Heathrow terminal 3. Medieval disappointing time-consuming and very hard on handicapped flyers. It was awful
All reviews good because...flight from BWI to London ,economy seats was miserable. I usually book 1,step up from economy but this would have added 1500 bucks 1 way. Bit the bullet and upgraded for retun flight, otherwise all ratings would have been rock bottom.
It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.
Wish that everyone would board the back of the plane first. Also let kids on first. The gate wasn’t open at arrival and we waited 45 minutes to takeoff. They made up for time in the air.
United didn’t even try to hold the flight for me. They knew I had a tight connection and when I arrived at the gate less than 10 mins after final boarding the flight had already gone. The gate agent wasn’t even notified that I was on my way. She was told I wasn’t at the airport
Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.
Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.
This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.
Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!

Ok so apparently the new policy on United Airlines is that customers in the main cabin should NEVER be served more than once and besides picking up trash there should NEVER be another interaction with the customer for any reason.

On time departure and arrival at LAX - good inflight entertainment - all basic seats on every airline right now begin to feel small after 10 hours!!
I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it
This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.

The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
We missed that flight, and I am hoping that we will got the refund. It was very confusing to figure out about Aer Lingus operated by American Airlines. Then we bought another more expensive ticket to travel.

The flight from Cincinnati to Philadelphia was satisfactory and uneventful.
Aer Lingus was fabulous.nhowever, Aiirfare Assist who Kayak routes me to to purchase tickets for m was awful. They messed up my reservation so bad that after about six hours on the phone with them over the week before departure, I had been choice but to show up at the airport. The Aer Lingus staff were amazing and got it sorted out but I would recommend not using Airfare Assist.
The boarding process for my American Airlines flight from Copenhagen to Philadelphia was a bit tricky. We experienced a gate change that required a long walk to a new area of the airport. Additionally, boarding was not via a jet bridge; we had to take a shuttle bus to the plane and then carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. Furthermore, the bag drop didn't open until about 12:20 PM, which was only three hours before our scheduled departure. This meant I couldn't drop my bag off early and had to wait outside of security in order to drop off my bag and use the kiosk. The bag drop self-service kiosks also didn't open until about 12:00 PM when an American Airlines employee unlocked them so that we could print out our boarding passes and bag tags, which further created a backlog. The flight was delayed by over an hour because we had to wait for one of the tires on the plane to be changed. On a positive note, the flight attendant was very professional when handling a passenger who was sitting in the wrong seat. Even though the passenger was persistent and reluctant to move, the flight attendant calmly ensured the assigned passenger could take their seat. Kudos to the flight attendant for keeping his calm and composure, not allowing the issue to escalate, and handling it well under pressure while a line of passengers waited in the aisle to board. The in-flight service was also fast, prompt, and efficient, although service had to be suspended for the last two hours of the flight due to weather and turbulence, which was outside of the crew's control. However, the in-flight entertainment screens and the overall interior of the plane were somewhat older. The system did not offer streaming to personal mobile devices, so we had to watch movies on the seatback screens.

We were delayed due to a mechanical issue, but the gate staff and then later captain were giving thorough and frequent updates. Ended up being delayed about an hour, but we did get out, so it was overall a good flight!
My luggage never made it, I booked business class only to find out I’m sitting in the back. Very disappointed with the reservation
We were treated politely and the crew was nice. Again no one knew why there was a delay. Food was hot and a lot was offered but bad in taste. Seats weren’t the worst but for a long flight your legs ache from it. Entertainment was old not very interactive
I found the seats ergonomically uncomfortable forcing the body to seat slightly hunched. For a short flight I worked on adjustments but for a longer flight, it would be difficult.
I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.
Rudest flight attendants ever, waited over 20 for light to be answered and it never was then tried to flag down an attendant who said someone else would come, just needed water to take some medicine Food bad
I was a Wheelchair Assist’ passenger on a London Heathrow to PHL flight yesterday. The process of getting me and my carry-on bag from the ticket counter to the gate was not good at all. It was the worst in my 5 years of experience using this service offered by American. The Philadelphia ‘Wheelchair Assist’ service was, and always has been Excellent! Not so at Heathrow. I was handed off to three different wheelchair drivers; had to sit in a very dingy holding area for 30 minutes while waiting for our gate change announcement; got crammed into a overloaded service vehicle to take me from the holding area to the gate ; was dumped at the end of the line of already-boarding passengers with my heavy carryon and no one helped me up the ramp way at the gate to board the plane. Overall it was a miserable experience!
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

The crew on AA international flights in my experience are generally lazy, rude, and inefficient. These guys did not disappoint.

This flight was rebooked from a missed connection 3 days before due to connecting flight cancelation. We had upgraded on our original flight but were assigned coach seats on this flight. BA could do nothing to upgrade us due to this flight being "overbooked" and "busy". We should have been rebooked in upgraded seats. Now we have to apply for a refund.
Plane arrived late to gate, staff at Philadelphia had no sense of urgency to get people on the plane. Boarding took 15 min longer than it should have because despite 4 staff working at the gate, only one was scanning tickets while the others sat talking to each other.
When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.
Ability to select seating would be nice. We were family of three and they had us seated back to back and one of us on the other side of the plane??? That is pretty goofy. Especially when tickets were placed two months in advance.
How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.
