Not having a screaming baby in my row the whole trip would have improved the experience.

Better boarding process, but not the fault of the airline… people are dumb.

No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.

Premium class - the food could have been much better such as a veggie tray or fruit tray or cheese & crackers.

Don't fly westjet if you help it. Incredibly bad system/app, does not work. I have to fight westjet now for money back on goods I didn't receive and hotels because of delays. Extremely stressful flying westjet. For the cost of the plane tickets I felt utterly robbed. I also feel bad for the under paid staff at the westjet help desk who have to deal with so many ripped off and angry customers. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this! I don't know how they get away with it?

The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!

It was my first experience with westjet and it is really awesome to travel with westjet. I highly recommend to everyone.

Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.

I liked absolutely NOTHING, Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they should be ashamed, they treated me like dirt, let's put it this way, I am truly pissed off. If anyone cares about my experience someone should call me so I can tell how bad my experience was, what a shame

Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they are absolutely terrible, there are to many things that happened that I can't explain in this message, I would like to talk to someone about my ordeal. I am partial handicapped and that I can only walk a short distance, I calculated how far I walked and it was more than a kilometer, the pain is so bad today I have to go to my docor, they told me there was nobody available to take me to my gate, this is just one instance. This is not finished yet, I need to contact westjet and let them know about my trip from hell

Not on time. Only water for a beverage. Crew did not even pick up empty water bottles!

I was good overall. The boarding was on time and the crew members very accommodating. The pilots were very informative and experienced. The flight was excellent. One of the best take off and landed I ever had, it was very smooth and control.

My place was cancelled at the last minute throwing my traveling schedule off. I barely made it on the last ferry home.

Seats uncomfortable There was an incident with plane Engine Pilot was reassuring. Good pilot We landed late because of this Fire engines on landing were just Protocol

Lines at gate boarding is messy. It spills into traffic which causes other travelers to snake around the boarding passengers. Need better traffic control.

Crew was rushed to get food out and left trash for a long time on our tables.
