Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

Horrible. Garbage airline. Due to the strike we got a replacement plane/crew. I didn't get my exit row seat I paid for. Food was horrible. Plane was hot and didn't have AC vents.

Great customer service. Frequent updates from the pilot. Smooth flight. Good entertainment. Meal service.

Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.

I loved how they arrange boarding (starting with people seated in back and moving to the front). Flight crew was very polite and welcoming. Seating was ok, I felt like there was enough leg space however it is noticeable when the passenger in front of you sets their seat back.

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

The only problem was there are games on the entertaiment system. The guy behind me played poker the entire time and poking the back of my seat. I hope they remove these.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Delayed due to weather... fine. But then the board us. Rows 15 and back had to go down the stairs and back up the back stair entrance to the plane. No assistance offered. Then they inform us that we are delayed for paperwork for an hour. So why did we board? Then, about 45min later they inform us that it'll be another 60-90mins. Really? No wifi, no seat entertainment, no drink or snacks offered. And we were not allowed to deboard.

Very good need to offer better choice of food for business

It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.

No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.

Leg room is good, food is average, crew is not friendly

The crew was amazing! They were attentive and super polite, clearly very well trained in customer service. Very well run flight altogether!

Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!

I was not seated with my husband despite paying to choose seats. My luggage was not put on the plane so didn't get it for 3 days.

I thought that the seats in Economy were ok. The attendants were very nice all the time. But the pasta for dinner was pretty awful. I am not sure why the boarding cannot start earlier in such a big plane. It’s pretty lame to start boarding 30 minutes before the scheduled departure and then blame the delay on the runway traffic.

The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there.

A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. We were assigned seating in the back despite having paid for seats at the front of the plane - it does not appear Lufthansa will refund these. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.

I’ve never been charged for coffee on an airline before. Very disappointing

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.

Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.

Long delay. Terrible airport - too busy, not enough seating or food/drink outlets.

Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

This was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had with Ryanair. The flight boarded on time in Dublin, departed on time, and arrived on time in Split, even though the flight was full. The aircraft was clean, and all members of the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. Even our fellow passengers were well behaved! So top marks to all concerned!
