We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Very helpful crew, including airport people, getting us in wheelchairs and working so hard to get us where we need on time!

Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.

I paid for extra legroom which was not honored and have spent hours trying to get a refund for without success. I have since come to learn Lufthansa has a habit of reassigning seats and making it impossible to get refunds.

I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.

Crew was great. Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Seat was not comfortable. Overall experience was mediocre.

Upgraded to business class and it was worth every dollar! The connection in Denver was way too tight time wise and going through customs there plus re-visiting security screen again caused me to miss my connecting flight. KAYAK should not allow that tight of connection on international flights.
