Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.

We had a delay. That made me feel anxious because I arrived out of time

On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

Great flight and reminded that the logistics completely Astoria. No real story about victors, m

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.
