Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.
I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!
The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.

I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME
Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.
I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).
Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.
We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.
Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Horrible experience. They "GAME" with seats they decided to play where you can`t select or get seat during check-in without paying and then forcing you to stay long line at the Customer Service at the gate to get a boarding ticket with seat assigned is pathetic. Will never fly with United again!

The first leg of my 2 flights were delayed, causing me to miss my second flight and have to stay the whole night in Dublin. Super upset with this experience, and I still need to figure out how to get compensated for this.
Great service on the plane and by ground staff. great prices. I was able to change seats on the plane. The allocated seats cannot be changed when checkin in online. They have to be done at the airport if you check in at the airport or on the plane by asking a stewardess / steward.
Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.
I was pleasantly surprised - it has been awhile since I traveled with them - other than being delayed leaving Malaga everything ran very smoothly- yes I would travel with aer Lingus again and yes I would recommended

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.
First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Aer Lingus doesn't have plug ins for devices at each seat. They also did not give me a dairy free meal as requested and confirmed by staff. It was as if I had not requested anything. Otherwise, they were great!
No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.

Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.
Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.
At Muchin the service woman for Lufthansa at the Airport was really horrible.
My wife was struggling to walk, due to a very sore leg, and they had wheelchairs and pleasant assistants at every step of the way, whisking us around long lines at TSA, Passport Control, Boarding, and Customs. Even a special Boarding Bus that lifted us right up to door level on the airplane out on the tarmac. Slightly less effective arriving in Detroit, where we had to walk down the stairway, walk to a bus, and find our way into the terminal, where the assistance started up again. Meals, drinks and snacks were excellent, as was the variety of entertainment, with nice screens right on the backs of the seats. Complimentary blankets and pillows for everyone. Pleasant, considerate flight attendants, generous with the drinks and snacks. All-around class act.
We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
Flight was delayed by 7 hours and it caused all kind of issues
Our flight BA638 was cancelled with very short notice. It was supposed to depart at 7:25am. We had left Chichester at 3:30am in order to make the flight, and we were notified of the cancellation while en route to LHR. We were told the cancellation was necessary because a plane had not been scheduled to be at LHR for this flight! We were rescheduled to BA636. This flight was supposed to depart at 11:00am but didn't actually take off until ~12:30pm. Consequently we arrived in Athens several hours late, missing out on half a day of our sightseeing time. We had booked transport with MyTransfers to pick us up at the Athens airport and drive us to our Hotel Adonis. I was unable to get a refund for this service because our flight was so delayed. They required 24 hour notice of pick up time changes. I instead had to pay for a taxi at the airport. I have tried to fill out a request for compensation online but have been unsuccessful. How can I get help for filing a claim?
The flight got delayed. poor food service. Just peanuts for international flight ? Please give coffee, cookies or something else as well. Very disappointed with British Airways.
They cancelled the flight from Dallas to London and rebooked following day causing a lot of pain

They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane to the flight attendants, when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!!

Lost bag on an hour and a half flight with no connections - ridiculous!
Flight delayed an hour due to plane maintenance issues after getting in line to board. Issue was plane galley ovens which eliminated hot meals for overseas flight. Cold selections were limited due to availability. Drink and meal service (already an hour delayed) was very slow. Upon arrival in Nashville, had to sit at gate for about 15 minutes before disembarking with no explanation. Local police then boarded plane as we were disembarking so maybe that was the issue.
