Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.
I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!
The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.
The free wi if was highly appreciated and worked very well. Staff was great!

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.
This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.
Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.
I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️
No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.
Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.
The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.
I arrived 59 minutes before the flight in Tampa due to Massive traffic jam and the flight was closed and I was told that I’d simply have to “book a new ticket on line myself and the gate agents couldn’t help me”. Even though the flight was delayed over 30 minutes, (leaving one hour and 29 minutes before departure, they refused to assist in any way explaining that it’s automatic and there can be no exceptions. Horrible experience due to poor management at gate. I fly this option 2-3 times a year and have a good experience with the cabin crew etc. But, Tampa agents are not trained or allowed customer service. I once was a gate agent for USAir, I know times have changed, but forcing me to purchase a new ticket and complete indifference and inconvenience. No thanks
Great customer service. Frequent updates from the pilot. Smooth flight. Good entertainment. Meal service.
Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.
Are Longus was fine. I booked thru Kayak and was unable to get my business class seat early. Sat next to galley. Crew forgot to wake me for breakfast.
I loved how they arrange boarding (starting with people seated in back and moving to the front). Flight crew was very polite and welcoming. Seating was ok, I felt like there was enough leg space however it is noticeable when the passenger in front of you sets their seat back.
Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.
the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.
First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.
Delayed due to weather... fine. But then the board us. Rows 15 and back had to go down the stairs and back up the back stair entrance to the plane. No assistance offered. Then they inform us that we are delayed for paperwork for an hour. So why did we board? Then, about 45min later they inform us that it'll be another 60-90mins. Really? No wifi, no seat entertainment, no drink or snacks offered. And we were not allowed to deboard.

Aer Lingus doesn't have plug ins for devices at each seat. They also did not give me a dairy free meal as requested and confirmed by staff. It was as if I had not requested anything. Otherwise, they were great!
Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
The system of checkin by online only not good at all.. Because not everyone knows how to to do it and when the people go the airport without checking online it charge him, this really unfair 55 Euro this too much for nothing.. Thanks

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.
I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!

This was yet another excellent experience thanks to Ryanair, it's ground crew, cabin crew and air crew. Although our flight was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the late arrival of the inbound flight, the crew did their best to successfully minimise the delay with courtesy and efficiency. I also commend Ryanair for its choice of destination airport in this instance: Seve Ballesteros Airport in Santander is a modern, compact, well-kep and well-organised airport, where passing through security and passport control was a doodle thanks to its friendly and efficient staff. So take a bow, Ryanair - and keep it up!
Poor, how can you order something from the menu em you can’t see a menu? How can you get the online menu when you have no internet? Why let us board when you know full well we won’t be taking off for another 45 minutes, no ice for drink in sweltering heat, seats hard and and uncomfortable when you’re sitting for over 5 hours.

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?
Our flight BA638 was cancelled with very short notice. It was supposed to depart at 7:25am. We had left Chichester at 3:30am in order to make the flight, and we were notified of the cancellation while en route to LHR. We were told the cancellation was necessary because a plane had not been scheduled to be at LHR for this flight! We were rescheduled to BA636. This flight was supposed to depart at 11:00am but didn't actually take off until ~12:30pm. Consequently we arrived in Athens several hours late, missing out on half a day of our sightseeing time. We had booked transport with MyTransfers to pick us up at the Athens airport and drive us to our Hotel Adonis. I was unable to get a refund for this service because our flight was so delayed. They required 24 hour notice of pick up time changes. I instead had to pay for a taxi at the airport. I have tried to fill out a request for compensation online but have been unsuccessful. How can I get help for filing a claim?
The flight was delayed but the pilot stayed in constant contact with updating us every time he got news from Valencia. The crew was so sweet and took great care of all of us
I was surprised there was no entertainment console in the seatbavks. Also, gate posts were very last minute and poorly communicated in a rushed timeframe. Boarding in groups was no emphasized and too many personal bags stowed above vs in floor so hard to find room for my carryon suitcase in my row area.
The perfect jet stream back saved over 1 hour in the air.
Cancelled our flight due to weather. But didn’t rebook us on the next available flight. Had to spend over 5 hours on calls to get on a wait list: and then whole day at the airport to get ticket confirmed. Absolutely terrible. Need to shut down airlines if they cannot perform basic tasks such as rebooking for their own cancellation
All luggage was lost. Had an almost 2 hour layover, but still non of our luggage was able to get to the plane.
BA lost all our luggage on our trip home. There were many others who lost their luggage on our flight as well. They were nice enough about it. We have filed ‘luggage claims’ and they say they have found them and will be here in a day or so. I hope this is true! Otherwise the flight was good. The food was very English, not so great. But I expected that on British Airways! The crew always exceptionally nice.
we departed 5 hours late. Instead of 10pm it was after 2AM and the business lounge thew us out at 1AM and everyone was standing around the boarding gates. When we did board, the crew was nice, served dinner and then was not to be seen again until we landed. No breakfast (which is not great for diabetes)
The plane was delayed. That was only downside to flight. Crew was very nice
They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane to the flight attendants, when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!!
