Pros: Fast flight with no issues

Cons: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Pros: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Cons: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Pros: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Cons: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Cons: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.

Cons: I paid for travel insurance yet I still had to pay Ryanair 55euro for not being able to check in before my flight as checking in with momondo would not work!

Cons: Bare bones is one thing.. standing in line forever after 1 hour delay then changing gates, then lining up again to stand in a non moving line.. too much

Cons: Everything, basically... The flight was delayed almost an hour, boarding was uncomfortable, there was no food service on board, flight attendants were less than friendly, and takeoff was shaky and turbulent.

Cons: Travelers need to be informed better about Ryanair's baggage restrictions.

Cons: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Pros: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Cons: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Pros: The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process.

Cons: The crew does not acknowledge the passengers. Even when one the crew member was pushing a shopping cart down the aile with the Merchandise for people to purchase, she was just in such a hurry to avoid passengers.

Cons: Requested a window seat, got a middle seat. No food, ither than coffee or tea had to pay for everything. Late departure, nearly missed my connecting flight.

Cons: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Pros: I really enjoyed my window seat. The flight was on time and sightly early which was great.

Cons: I didn’t realize it was an outdoor boarding process so i wasn’t prepared for the rain. But i will be ready next time!

Cons: The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me.

Cons: Excellent assisted transfer between Austrian Airlines flight and Lufthansa flight to Seattle in Frankfurt. Boarding in Frankfurt could have been handled easier in groups by seating. Friendly stewards, good entertainement and food options. Quiet B 747 plane, spacious overhead stowage.

Pros: I was amazed how comfortable we were in economy. Pillows, Blankets that felt like cotton. I would fly Lufthansa over an american carrier any day. We passed through the business class cabin on the way out and I can only imagine how much they were pampered!

Cons: Since flying in the US has become expensive and painful I was not expecting much from this flight. They exceed my expectations by so much that I cannot think of anything I would change. (Ok, my chicken was a bit over cooked but that was such a minor thing.)

Cons: The airplane crew was rude. They could have been more nicer regarding food. My mother is diabetic and I asked the lady to get her a small sandwich or something so she can take her meds and plus her sugar levels where getting low. And the lady on her side was really rude and said NO.

Cons: SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal.
