Cons: Flight delayed over an hour. Gate changed twice without announcement
Pros: Check in was a breeze with all so helpful. Cabin crew very pleasant. Very comfortable on time flight.
Pros: Flight on-time.
Cons: Food options are expensive, non-alcoholic beverages should be provided for free, and food options are really scarce. Add some entertainment or wifi.
Cons: My seat was broken, so I had to move to another. Fodd options were less than expected. Overall experience was good. Would definitely fly again, but bring my own snacks.
Pros: Never made it onto the plane due to flight departing early and my flight landed in Dublin late. So there was no experience for me on this flight
Cons: The flight to Madrid left with about 15 passengers waiting to leave the flight from Chicago. We landed before our flight to Madrid was to depart. But by time we walked out we all missed our flight and had to rebook. I’m sure the flight to Madrid could’ve waited for the 15 of us. But they didn’t.
Cons: Food was meh...would have rather had a sandwich than the congealed mess that was supposed to be cheese sauce. Needed way more water offered for such a long flight.
Cons: The arrival point in Dublin airport is like a ramshackle passageway. A good walk from Terminal 2(supposwd arrival point) A Swiz by Are lingus. Ruined all the good points.
Cons: No middle seat
Pros: The crew was very attentive and the flight left on-time and arrived on-time too. No issues with the schedule or my bags.
Cons: The seats are really uncomfortable, they provide you a pillow and a blanket, but with the limited space you can't even use them, there is even less space than on domestic planes. For an overseas flight this is really bad. Also, you cannot sleep, very long time for dinner and announcements.
Pros: Unable to check in online. Not from phone. Not on website. Called directly and waited forever. And told must do at airport. Arrived and was told flight booked and full so bumped from the flight. Paid $2000 for a coach ticket and not able to get on either flight from Boston - so missed all meeting.
Cons: Join TSA you amateur / cut rate airline. Fix reservation system.
Cons: Seat was broken. Reclines without requesting. Tray also needs attention. Seat 15C

Cons: Everything. Possibly the worst airline in Europe.
Pros: Plane changed to an A380
Cons: Waited over half an hour to get off at Heathrow owing to staff shortage so the air bridge took a while to happen!
Cons: My flight was supposed to be at 4:40pm on May 16th. It was cancelled and rescheduled to 2:00pm may 17th. I have been waiting in line for three hours to check my bags, and get on a flight. Still at the original destination, VERY UNHAPPY.
Cons: My bag did not arrive on time
Pros: It was a comfortable and roomy (nice leg room) flight
Cons: Their entertainment system was not working, nor was their WiFi
Pros: The crew was as amazing as they were 9 years ago when I flew Aer Lingus. The plane was very clean and comfortable. The entertainment that we could choose from very good. Something for everyone was provided.
Cons: One thing that I would like to see improved is for the announcements to be spoken slower than they were. The announcements were so quick that I could not understand what was being said. This should be an easy fix so I have no worries .
