Cons: The seats don't even recline, so I could not lie back to rest. The entertainment system was very bad, didn't provide earphones and could barely see the screen. I would not choose to fly this airline again.

Cons: Snacks and water ran out during the last several hours of the flight. For shorter people, their feet would have difficulty touching the floor.

Cons: The gate changed in a Dubai without proper announcement, Ground staff should have visited the passengers waiting in the gate waiting area that was printed on boat pass and inform them to new gate. Instead they charged the passengers with no show fees and delayed departure for another 12 hours.

Pros: Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!

Cons: I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating.

Pros: Because I was in the bulkhead seat - it was good.

Cons: My first flight arrived 30 min late which meant that my 50-minute layover was tight. But instead of holding the next plane for us, they forced us to re-book on a flight leaving 14 hours later! I was not ok with this so I pushed the issue and they put me on the flight leaving 6hrs later. :-(((((

Pros: Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him.

Cons: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Pros: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Cons: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Pros: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Cons: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Cons: Flights were late for more than 20 min. in both directions. Almost missed connecting flights in both directions. Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!

Cons: I fly four times with Aeroflot, and they have always a lot of problems. Airplane never fly on time. They lost my luggage and a they have a lot of things they need work on them.
