Cons: The in flight internet should be of better value for business travelers. Emirates offers full flight connection for business and first class.

Pros: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Cons: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Pros: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Cons: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Pros: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Cons: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Cons: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.

Pros: The bording was quick and easy. There was enough legroom.

Cons: There were 5 non stop screaming toddlers which made the oversea trip unbearable; and I don't think it's airline's fault. If there was a designated section for families with children, then hopefully the rest of passengers won't become hostages of the noise and craziness. As of food: there was menu with 2 choices; however there was one 1 choice available for lunch and dinner during this trip.

Cons: We missed our connection because they did not have a jetway to a gate. By the time they bussed us from the tarmac to the terminal, many missed the plane, though it was still at the gate

Cons: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either

Cons: Using the same airline and terminal, they caused us to miss our connection by not having a jetway to a gate. In the time it took to deplane and bus to the terminal, they caused us to miss the connection. This in spite of the plane being still at the gate when we arrived.

Pros: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Cons: Boarding from Delhi was slow. Families with small kids and seniors were asked to board but the aircraft was not accessible for more than 15 minutes. The cabin service was very slow and started good two hours after the take off from Delhi. The coffee/tea were Lukewarm.
