Pros: The Xiamen reps at the SGN airport was insensitive and arrogant. We were not able to board because of a misunderstanding on the China visa-free program. I still fully believe they are wrong. I had to book 2 new one way tickets with China Southern and wait all day at the airport.

Cons: They wouldn’t let us in the plane due to passport expiring within 6 months of travel. That should have been something you should have put out there during the booking process. We’re now not going on vacation and are having a hard time getting anything back from a trip we couldn’t take

Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Cons: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Cons: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Cons: The airport is not proper for travels , you need at least 2 hours to finish from the long lines and finding your way to the right location before the immigration and run to the gate if you are in good shape minimum from 10 to 15 minutes

Cons: Transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight was difficult. This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese.

Cons: I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window.

Cons: Seats itself not really ok, neighbor any size gonna touch you every time. Crew not ready to do anything with passengers with little kids, only my headset helped me survive. So I could sleep because of this issue only 1 hour for 12 hours flight. Good luck. As second issue doesn’t happen too often

Cons: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Cons: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.
