Then whatever machinery Aer Lingus use to push the plane back from the gate actually got stuck on the plane cone leading to another delay. Pros: "The British Airways portion was exceptional! The Aer Lingus portion was not!"
Cons: "On Departure for Dublin, waited in long line to check in at Aer Lingus only to learn it was co chaired by British Airways, so Aer Lingus would not service us at all. We had no way of knowing since it was sold by Aer Lingus and had an Aer Lingus flight number. Tried to check in on line, but was unable. Waited for Aer Lingus customer service on telephone customer service for more than one hour and finally just gave up. Aer Lingus has no Customer Service at all. Do not deal with Aer Lingus under any circumstances. British Airways met our needs!!"

Cons: "I was hungover."
Pros: "Quick and efficient."
Pros: "Good connecting flight. On time."
Pros: "The personnel involved with wheelchair services who took us to our gate was very helpful and engaging. We thank them for this service. The gate personnel and flight attendants were helpful to get us on the flight earlier that was helpful with my husband" visual disability."
Cons: "The problem I had is that this was not a British Airways flight, nor were my flights to Dublin. I was not aware of this. When I checked in online I was allowed to check in with British Airways, so I had no idea that this was an Aer Lingus flight, which is in a different terminal with a different flight number. My phone didn't work in Ireland so it was extremely difficult figuring out where I should have been. If I was on a different airline that is affiliated with British Airways, and I booked through British Airways, there should be some way of looking up where I should be going. Also, any emails about my trip should have told me which airline I was on. I fly often, and often to other countries. This was the most confusing and difficult flying experience (the entire trip -- getting to and from Dublin) I have ever had."
Pros: "Good flight. No problems during check in. Flight left and arrived on-time."
Cons: "No issues."
Cons: "I'm soooo upset about the service after my flight canceled. 1.the staff ignored me when I asked if I could have a VIP to rebook my tickets earlier because my mom got cancel and was going to do the surge . But he went away and never came back, no any response of YES or NO. 2.I don't know why the airline company still need 11 hours to rebook the tickets with all our flight information and our passport liscen numbers already , making us waiting till 3 am at the airport. 3. I asked my boyfriend to talk to the staff on phone, and the staff told my BF that he didn't know my English was not good. I said to him loudly that I had told him , but the manager besides said "don't shout at my staff"to me, even without asking me what happened . I don't think that was a good attitude for the service department, especially to a foreigner. My email address is Chentongtong@wku.edu.cn"
Pros: "Preferential seating, though I had to pay for it."
Cons: "Having to pay for a cup of tea."
Pros: "Crew wonderful.N"
Cons: "None for now."

Pros: "Very good crew. Friendly. Smiling. Helpful. Short flight. 50 min."
Pros: "Crew very friendly. Decent leg room in economy"
Cons: "no communication and a few apologies6"
Cons: "Tough time. British airways wasn’t very helpful. Once our gate was changed no one told us or gave new boarding pass. We did have 7 hours to figure it out. But a clue where to go would have been nice. Missed my connection. Shuttle and hotel was a mess. Got a few hours of sleep outside the airport. Maybe I’ll get to Los Angeles soon."
Cons: "Could you refund me 50.00 as your price included bag price but when directed to book I had to add on bags for a further 50.00 and because of this they wouldn’t let me get on an earlier flight on my return firstname.lastname@example.org or 07799411994 for response"
Pros: "Fruebdjf, courteous and good food."
Pros: "Overall it was fine. Friendly staff, everything pretty efficient."
Cons: "Truly disappointed to find that BA has decided to charge for ANY beverage whatsoever, even tea. I have such fond memories of flying BA years ago. My husband and I so enjoyed the disposable plastic blue teacups that we brought them home with us and still use them as kitchen scoops all these years later. I know that may seem silly, but even without that nostalgic memory, it just feels SUPER unpleasant to have to pay for the basic (non-alcoholic) beverage service. Honestly, just charge a few bucks extra on the ticket in the first place."
Pros: "Polite crew"
Cons: "Waiting for an hour to disembark"
Pros: "The staff was nice"
Cons: "You've got to pay for a can of ginger ale now? When did British Airways become a budget airline? What a joke. The plain is an old outfitting with flip down screens and whatnot. It's not like we need these things for shorter fights, but why would anyone pay more to fly a nicer airline if you're treated like you're on Ryan Air?"
Pros: "Great flight"
Pros: "Crew was helpful and kind"
Cons: "Charge you for even instant coffee, the alla cart way of doing things is taking over the industry. all about making more money"
Pros: "Gate agents good. Same with cabin crew"
Cons: "No AC charging. Legroom in business was tight"
Pros: "I appreciated the brand new seats on the aircraft which were quite comfortable, and the friendly crew who actually were nice enough to have a conversation with. Enjoyed the Marks and Spencer’s food too."
Cons: "The boarding at Dublin airport was not great, masses of crowds from every displaced flight due to snow (not all British Airways, many other airlines adding to the crowd). Was not awful but not fun."
Pros: "Great service as always"
Cons: "The only complaint I have is our bags getting lost twice. I’m very understanding that these things happen. But for it to happen twice seems like people might be careless to the problem."
Pros: "The flight attendants were great, helpful and polite. The food was delicious and there was planty leg room. A great airline to fly with and I'd highly recommend them."
Cons: "Nothing, all was great."
Pros: "Great staff, ultra professional"
Pros: "Finally getting to my destination 3 hours late."
Cons: "Issues with check-in, flight delayed multiple times, gate changes multiple times, non communication from attendants."
Cons: "Small plane"
Cons: "The change of seats with the motove of keeping balance on the plane"
Cons: "I am 6'3" and I cannot find sufficient leg room. The answer is paying additional for seats with extra leg room, is no answer at all. The answer is quit jamming more seats in to a ever shrinking cabin."
Pros: "This was a BA codeshare but operated by AerLingus, supposedly a 4* airline."
Cons: "So called 4*"
Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "No complementary drink or snack on flight and no entertainment system available...they said it was because of a short flight. You could buy drinks though of course....."
Pros: "On-time arrival"
Cons: "Seating was very packed"
Pros: "All staff were very helpful and polite"
Cons: "This flight was delayed. When it came to boarding my husband who needs special assistance was first taken to board first but then had to be brought back as refuelling was not done and was then last on board. When we arrived at Heathrow his special assistance was not there and we had to wait for about 10/15 minutes. It is stressful traveling with someone who needs help and even worse when there are delays. We were advised that we could leave the aircraft which we did but we were left waiting in an area without any toilets which is a problem for him"
Cons: "No wifi. No tvs. 1985 just called and they want their no entertainment airplane back. This is 2017.... get with the program!"
Cons: "Both legs were late. Outgoing was significantly late. Surprise charge of 75 euros to check a bag. Almost as much as a seat."
Pros: "Attendance were friendly and helpful and courteous. The plane was clean and we arrived ahead of schedule."
Cons: "No food, and no entertainment. An older airplane"
Pros: "Replacement flight was fine"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled and I was not automatically re-booked, luggage lost and not delivered despite repeated effort to reclaim it. Aer Lingus hold time on the phone was over an hour and attendants were unhelpful (said my flight wasn't cancelled in their system even though I received an email that it was - which ended up being true)"
Pros: "Comfortable seating"
Cons: "No beverage service."
Cons: "No complimentary drink or snack, how come?"
Cons: "We are really upset that Aer Lingus and/or Bitish Airways lost our baggeage! All our clothes, toiletries, medicine, and other personal belongings are MIA and we want these two airlines to work together and expedite finding and tertuning our luggage."
Pros: "British Airways offered me a direct flight from Dublin to Philadelphia on their sister carrier American Airlines."
Pros: "Short flight but thought there would be beverage service????"
Cons: "Rude at check in. Late taking off."
Pros: "Great meals, entertainment options, and service. Perfect landing of the 747 as well."
Cons: "Not the fault of British Airways, but Denver International Airport has a cumbersome and lengthy process for the re-entry of U.S. Citizens. We stood in two different lines for over an hour to be screened for customs."
Pros: "swift boarding allowed for an earlier departure and arrival 30min ahead of scheduled time"
Cons: "I waited 30min at the priority check in queue while being first in line this whole time. There was only one counter open for normal check in and one for priority when I arrived and after 20min waiting, the priority counter closed completely and there was just one counter open remaining, with just 10-15min before the check in closed. We had to wait another 10min to be able to check in our luggage! On arrival, luggage took 45min to just start delivering, completely wiping out the 30min arrival ahead of schedule."
Cons: "The sign said it would board by rows but they did general call and it was ridiculous on a flight this large. Nothing"
Pros: "Staff was cheerful"
Pros: "Everything was fine."
Cons: "Small seats."
Cons: "they lost all our luggage"
Cons: "We were late taking off due to the airport and plane not sharing passenger data, and then forced to delay exiting the plane and then forced to sit on a bus rather than enter the terminal."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and efficient, friendly crew, on time!"
