I would never have got it otherwise. That may have been my misunderstanding since on our other Aer Lingus flights we had been given complimentary tea."

Then whatever machinery Aer Lingus use to push the plane back from the gate actually got stuck on the plane cone leading to another delay. Knock on was we were made to wait for a take off slot and made to wait for a landing slot at Heathrow so late arriving."

Waited for Aer Lingus customer service on telephone customer service for more than one hour and finally just gave up. Aer Lingus has no Customer Service at all. Do not deal with Aer Lingus under any circumstances. British Airways met our needs!!"

Cons: "The problem I had is that this was not a British Airways flight, nor were my flights to Dublin. I was not aware of this. When I checked in online I was allowed to check in with British Airways, so I had no idea that this was an Aer Lingus flight, which is in a different terminal with a different flight number. My phone didn't work in Ireland so it was extremely difficult figuring out where I should have been. If I was on a different airline that is affiliated with British Airways, and I booked through British Airways, there should be some way of looking up where I should be going. Also, any emails about my trip should have told me which airline I was on. I fly often, and often to other countries. This was the most confusing and difficult flying experience (the entire trip -- getting to and from Dublin) I have ever had."

I asked my boyfriend to talk to the staff on phone, and the staff told my BF that he didn't know my English was not good. I said to him loudly that I had told him , but the manager besides said "don't shout at my staff"to me, even without asking me what happened . My husband and I so enjoyed the disposable plastic blue teacups that we brought them home with us and still use them as kitchen scoops all these years later. I know that may seem silly, but even without that nostalgic memory, it just feels SUPER unpleasant to have to pay for the basic (non-alcoholic) beverage service. Honestly, just charge a few bucks extra on the ticket in the first place."

It is stressful traveling with someone who needs help and even worse when there are delays. We were advised that we could leave the aircraft which we did but we were left waiting in an area without any toilets which is a problem for him"

Cons: "Not the fault of British Airways, but Denver International Airport has a cumbersome and lengthy process for the re-entry of U.S. Citizens. We stood in two different lines for over an hour to be screened for customs."

Cons: "I waited 30min at the priority check in queue while being first in line this whole time. There was only one counter open for normal check in and one for priority when I arrived and after 20min waiting, the priority counter closed completely and there was just one counter open remaining, with just 10-15min before the check in closed. We had to wait another 10min to be able to check in our luggage! On arrival, luggage took 45min to just start delivering, completely wiping out the 30min arrival ahead of schedule."

Then tended to go up and down the aisle with their carts with out stopping or offering anything and if someone asked them for a drink or something they would tell the, they would have to come back. The food on this trip was terrible and not well planned out. They ran out of the meat option for dinner before they were even halfway through the plane. At least 100 people had no food option. What was left was something with a cheese sauce cooked into it so it stunk with the foil was peeled back. I would have preferred the traditional peanut package to that."
