Cons: The metal boxes below the seats mean that the little space allowed to a person is now all the more clipped. My backpack wouldn't even fit under the seat. My knees are already pressed up against the chair in front of me, now there's nowhere for me to stuff my feet even.

Pros: Good to have movies to pass time on lng flight.

Cons: 2 days prior to returnflight I called stating the at was not enough time to catch a flight transfer having to go thru tsa again . B A assurred me I was o.k. ..It was not. A person should not have to physically run and have stress of wait to get thru TSA then run again back,get on train to next plane.Other passengers then said "ou are why we are starting late". It was a transfer off a plane from Ireland not a traffic issue. BA SHOULD HAVE PUT ME ON A LATER FLIGHT. TO SEATTLE.

Pros: The pilots gave details of flying conditions and landing conditions. Flight was smooth and on time

Cons: Both legs were late. Outgoing was significantly late. Surprise charge of 75 euros to check a bag. Almost as much as a seat.

Cons: The only complaint I have is our bags getting lost twice. I’m very understanding that these things happen. But for it to happen twice seems like people might be careless to the problem.

Pros: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.

Cons: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Pros: Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless

Cons: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.
