Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.

The airplane was old. Some things didn’t work out of middle seat was broken. The rest was OK.

A basic tea/ coffee and a snack could be provided especially for long distance flyers.

Very long and took extra push back to BA staff to get a realistic flight after they made me miss my original direct flight. Eventually landed 9 hours late and incurred many extra costs with other missed bookings

Flight was great (only a short hop from London to Dublin). Wi-Fi available on board(around 2 euros), power sockets, complimentary water and biscuit. Landin/ takeoff all went without a flaw.

We found the bag drop/ check-in proceedure at T5 unnecessarily complicated. We paid extra for seat selection in advance and were allocated worse seats at T5. We found the check-in person was not particularly helpful although the the staff at the gate were super good.

The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable

The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

Flights were on time. Crew was courteous. Food was much better than I expected. Heathrow is a good transit hub - great selection at the duty free.
