By the time we made it to the connection flight in London they closed the gate and never made it our next leg. We got rebooked and made it to New York where we were supposed to get a hotel room. Never happened. Sleeping on the floor in the terminal."

Cons: "for the second time on this flight, the onboard devise for credit cards would not accept mine. this is the same card i used to book the flight. i complained to british air last time but they obviously haven't fixed the problem. there seems to be a problem using american credit cards these flights. is is a problem because nothing is free. luck;y a flight attendant did feel bad about it and gave me a glass of water"

Cons: "Being selected for extra security because I am American was upsetting. Worst turbulence I ever experienced the pilot didn’t even try to avoid it. Finally landed stuck on the ground in the plane 50 minutes before we got to the gate. Plane landed at 420pm and I didn’t get my bag until almost 7 pm. This caused me to have to throw my suitcase away because I couldn’t make it to my connecting flight in time. Worst travel experience ever"

Also the BA personnel checking in baggage was not friendly and was a stickler for not allowing our baggage as carry-on when others with the same size luggage were allowed by other personnel."

Cons: "Entertainment started 90 minutes after take off do to not fuctioning.. No USB ports to charge phones so I couldn't use my own phone for entertainment. When the entertainment did come on it was horrible. Old screens and ear phone ports didn't really work right. Plane was out dated and old I probably won't fly British air again."

Cons: "even though i was at the airport almost 5 hours before the flight - the check in process left me with less than an hour by the time i got through the line twice and then through all the security points - they waited way to late to begin checkin - my kiosk check in was a waste of time since they did the same thing at the window - however, and fortunately for us - they did give us boarding passes for all three legs of the journey whereas the kiosk only gave two - Kuala Lumpur, London and Madrid - because my companion was traveling with a philippines passport we needed to stay airside at all three stops"

Cons: "We missed two flights,made it on the third trip.when trying to get some help and information I felt like they were blowing us off ( employees at the airport in Paris) not so much British Airways.The first time we missed the flight it was because we were sent to the wrong gate,and we tried to get information we were told to sit down our plane would be next.We then had to start the process all over again going thru check in and security, proses was so slow we missed the second flight,then I had to go thru the process anion retrieving our bags,going thru check in and security the third time,by the time I got to the gate they were boarding. It was a nightmare and I got to feeling we would never get out of Paris.Not so sure I would want to go to Paris Airport again.? If I would use BA."

Compare with Emirates, a screen 10x the size, much higher quality, and over 3500 selections. The seats had little padding - a mediocre experience from an airline that should be able to do better."
