Cons: Both transatlantic flights I had requested lactose-free meal options, neither of which happened.

Pros: Best flight in a long time - comfortable seats, good food and service, good entertainment.

Cons: Opodo messed up my booking. I reached the airport only to find out that the booking was cancelled by Opodo though I received an email from Opodo 24 hours before advising me to check in on the flight. As I was busy with some construction work at home I thought I would check in at the airport. Opodo advisors were not helpful on the phone and I ended up missing a family get together due to their incompatibility.

Cons: The check in in the web site was not working the previous day. The check in at the airport in rome was hoorible... 1 hour and 20 minutes on line to be able to check in. Only two clercks workig in a very croded space .

Pros: Aer Lingus crew are great. Probably some of the nicest people in the world. Lightly loaded so boarding was quick and staff were lenient about cabin baggage.

Cons: My 757 is among the oldest aircraft in service, and it shows. Noisy and every surface is well worn. Seats are substandard in the industry for a long flight. Granted the flight was lightly filled, so that made it a bit nicer.

Pros: We left on time and landed a bit early. Only 1 1/2 hour flight, so no food, drink or service, but it got us there.

Pros: Entertainment and the dinning.

Cons: Entertainment was a bit old thought and the snacks were a poor

Pros: Flight attendants were nice looking, very friendly, smelled nice they could not have been warmer people!!

Pros: Great to go through customs in Dublin so the landing at home is easy.

Cons: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Pros: On time, great crew, comfortable ride even in coach

Cons: Proper charging stations on planes (not just underseat plus, but better to have front-facing USB).

Cons: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Cons: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Cons: Flight was delayed due to fuel crew no showing on time.

Cons: Availability of on-board meals, I wasn’t able to purchase anything. Nothing available from the lunch menu even at the exact lunch time, in a +5h flight. Truly disappointed

Cons: The gate changed twice and the plane was a little cramped and not full. A smaller more spacious plane would have been more comfortable experience.

Cons: Customer service, I wanted to cancel the flight a week before it flew but I couldn’t. This flight was a gift to my parents so they could visit muy brother graduate from Juntendo University but being that they were in their 70’s and Japan was at Level 2 according to the CDC with the Corona virus, we decided it was not safe for them to travel. Despite my efforts to cancel the itinerary, I lost all the money. Sad that they could not go and sad we lost all that hard earned money because of this corona virus and justfly could not make concessions and ANA was difficult to reach! Disappointed!

Pros: The only positive with this experience was the gate agent(s) superior customer service. That being said they were stuck with dealing with a complete failure of United to provide guidance as to how the airline was going to deal with a technical issue with the plane. The flight was scheduled for a 7:00 AM departure, from what I could tell the flight finally left Portland around 4:00 PM. Because of extenuating circumstances myself and my traveling companion cancelled our entire trip. Given such a poor start we were unwilling to trust that any proposed alternative would be any better. In other words United seriously dropped the ball. They not only owe an apology to their customers, but also owe one to their hard working" contract" employees.

Cons: Communication. As I explained to United customer service, I find it incredible that the airline industry has built a business plan based on the misguided supposition that everything they do will go according to a best a case scenario, yet they appear to not have much of a plan when things don't work that way. Second, the idea that they have no proactive system to deal with technical issues a smaller destination. There are no mechanics/technicians stationed at places like Portland. I don't know what it cost them to have a revenue producing aircraft sit on the ground for 18-20 hours, not to mention the labor costs incurred trying to redirect 100 or so passengers. It seems to me that those numbers would probably go a long way towards paying to have a mechanic(s) on duty. As an aside, I paid retail for two first class round trip tickets. Given the circumstance I would like to see United refund those ticket prices in full, then and only then, will I consider using their services again.

Cons: Passenger behind us allowed 2 children to misbehave for the entire flight. Parent rammed our seats many times. Upon leaving they physically assaulted my daughter.
